Placed a mobile order, waited a half hour in the spot designated and picked in the app as being there, no one came out. Went through drive thru, saw someone inside but they never came to the window. So I’m now forced to do a charge back through my bank to recover the $ this restaurant charged without making my food. Will never go there again.

Went through the drive thru this morning & ordered a Hot honey chicken biscuit with large sweet tea. Get home, take a shower & go to eat my breakfast but had a Hot honey sausage & egg in my bag instead.
That doesn’t even sound good.
Tried to call the restaurant to let them know but no one will answer the phone.
Guess I just wasted my $$$

The lady at the first window was extremely unprofessional and rude. While placing my order at the intercom, I was asked to repeat my order several times. Although that was somewhat frustrating, I understood that technical issues can happen and did not think much of it. However, after I pulled up my code at the window, the lady at the window responded by saying, “alright next time don’t have me waiting for a code and get it before you come we have a pin of cars.” This comment was not only uncalled for but disrespectful, especially since I was redeeming my order with rewards, which I thought was completely acceptable. Customer service representatives should treat customers with kindness and professionalism and this just wasn’t it.

Stopped on my lunch break and ordered a McChicken sandwich. Got to my office to find a McChicken with NO CHICKEN! I didn’t have time to go back on my lunch break so I ate a lettuce sandwich for lunch. Do better.

Two lanes at drive thru. I took outer while car in inner ordered. They drove on. I was waiting with no one else in line. Another car came up to inner lane and ordered right away. I sat there longer. Finally I spoke into the speaker and said I guess you don’t want to sell me any food. I drove away. Burger King was happy to take my order right away and quickly get food to me. One way to make customers mad is to keep taking orders of people who arrive after them. If you can’t handle two lanes then shut one down.

This McDonald’s was not what was expecting or used to from a McDonalds. Two people who were there for what I assume was an interview talked as loud as they could on one of their cell phones. It was not aware pleasant experience. I will be taking my business to other McDonalds in the area, ir better yet go to the Whataburger across the street.

I ordered the 6 dollar value meal with a burger but instead received a chicken sandwich. The cashier seemed very scattered. I don’t blame her because it was pretty busy today. She was friendly though. I am not sure if this was her fault but yeah… my order was messed up.

Went to McDonald’s for milkshake and was told they were closed at 9pm when this McDonald’s closes at 11pm they were short staff which I understand but being told that they were “closed” but takes the next 3 car behind me? Doesn’t make any sense. I went down to whataburger to get a shake, much better cause I at least got a shake. Terrible kind of service and the female who was trying to say “ sorry we’re closed” I couldn’t even understand her cause she said it far too fast and mumbled. Terrible McDonald’s and experience. I’ve been here a few times before and also had a horrible experience those times previously it wasn’t anything big just small stuff like forgetting sauces or a frie which isn’t enough to make a bad, but if you want to get disappointed come to this McDonald’s they will fail to do that.

This place is utterly disgusting and just horrible. All my experiences have been with the same skinny black girl with blue eyes. She is just a horrible person to see face to face because every time I come in with a smile, she looks annoyed & ignores me and slams the window and doesn’t even tell me if my full order has gone out. Why give me my order if some of the rest isn’t ready! Then it just confused people & the customers! She needs to be replaced or fired. Her attitude, facial expression & everything is horrible and not what someone should experience when going to get food from their go-to place.
