Our go to spot every week! Huge portions so we always share. Food has always been amazing and correct. Veggies are packed in to a perfectly cooked omelette.
Service is a little rough sometimes. It’s not easy work so I get it.
See you next week!

Greeted quickly, open sitting at the time we came. Menus are at the table. Your typical diner experience.
I got Bacon Cheeseburger and a side of onions rings, both were the top of ones I’ve ever had.
My husband got the Donna burger(grilled onion, bacon, lettuce and tomato), he rates it 5/5.
Large portion of sides. The regular fries were very good, reminded me of fair fries.

I think this place has good ratings is becuase is is old local joint. You should check them out. Large portions and friendly people. The wait staff was calling people by their first names. Pretty impressive. For me the food was slightly below average and my orange juice tasted expired. Maybe I just had bad luck. Had steak and eggs and Steak tasted burnt on the outside. My wife had pancakes and eggs. They were huge pancakes and she said they were ok.

It’s about starting out the day with a good breakfast especially when you’re traveling.
We found such a place in this unassuming exterior that opens up to a little place hiding meals that has GreatGrandma in the back cooking.
The sausage looked homemade (yummy) and later heard a conversation that confirmed our thoughts (the sausage indeed was made locally).

We went during the weekday and it was really good. Classic old school diner-priced have increased recently but to be expected given the cost of everything going around.
The coffee isn’t fancy but it meets the mark. In addition the food is fresh and well flavorful. I was impressed by the hashbrowns!

Wow, GREAT portions, had the eggs Benedict with hash-browns, and a beef-dip with fries! The eggs Benedict has the best hollandaise I’ve yet to try. However, the beef dip is little bland for my liking, but overall solid. The fries are great. The service is fantastic, the vibes are great, good job team.

Jake’s is a Snohomish staple. From the steak and eggs to their lunch menu and everything in between. You can tell how much a place is loved by the wait time and people do not mind waiting. It is well worth it. I have loved everything I have ever had from their menu.

Being from the Midwest, small town breakfast / lunch diners are a subject I have a great deal of experience with. Jake’s Cafe captures exactly what makes these humble establishments special:
– A friendly wait staff that takes the time to talk with you.
– Prices that are fair.
– Portions that are huge.
– Coffee that never ends.
Jake’s will definitely be a regular spot I visit moving forward.

Apparently extremely popular on the weekend. Strong ‘old school diner’ vibe. Ample portions. A little hard to pay the bill and get out. If I have an appointment, I’ll ask to pay earlier next time. There was a long wait but I got a counter seat immediately.
