Greatest service anywhere. Of you want a very good place for fast food and feel like you are being served by a 5 Star restaurant then go here. The menu has something for everyone. I wish the government employees were required to take the customer service train that these professionals get. The works would be a better place with a lot more respect. If you are doing drive thru then this is your place. They have multiple staff taking orders and payment, multiple staff handing you your order, and even if the 2 lanes are backed up for BLOCKS it will still only be minutes to get your order and get out.

We were on our way back home (Arkansas) and stopped for a quick dinner. This was the BEST Chick-fil-a experience we have ever had. The food was hot and fresh and came out fast! If we’re ever around this location again, we will definitely be back!! Yum!!!

We visited Chick-fil-A around 10:20 AM to order lunch and were told we had to wait until 10:30. That’s understandable.
However, we went back through the drive-thru at 10:27 AM and were again refused. By the time we reached the window — just after 10:30 — staff suddenly tried to take our order.
Being turned away twice, only to be asked for our order moments later, was confusing and felt unprofessional. A two-minute difference shouldn’t result in inconsistent service. Very disappointing experience.

We came through to get some food to go. It took 13 minutes to get our food, we had been parked and a girl came up to us with almost the exact same order (because she read it out to us) we had and asked if it was ours and it wasn’t so she took it to another vehicle that parked after us and I wondered why is a vehicle after us with almost the same order getting it before us. We kept waiting and we finally got it. As the picture shows, this is what we waited for, cheese hanging out like a mess.

We eat here several times a week and we love our Host Brian Cantrell so so friendly kind and loves working for chic fil a Beacause of the Cristian based and shares stories of many things very hard worker keeping the lobby clean and watching him meet and greet and Brightens our visit because he loves the Lord Thanks him for his life and he always has a smile ooh so much to say ! Need more people like him !

This location in Shawnee Oklahoma has a great atmosphere and the employees are very attentive even when it’s busy. The food is awesome just like every other location that I’ve personally been to across the United States. However, I use their app and have racked up quite a few points (IE: over 8,300+ every 3 to 4 months helping to purchase meals for our little league team) yet this location never sends offers to my app. Whereas in Colorado Springs I would regularly receive free offers in my app from two local store locations in Colorado Springs. Perhaps it’s a regional thing? But it’s nothing I would count against Chick-fil-A in a review, just an observation.

We had a great visit. This place was Packed. Please note that all the parking located by the building is carry out wait spots. Just park out by the curb, so much easier! Bathroom was clean and smelled great!

Received a piece of raw chicken in my chicken minis. Absolutely disgusting. I can only hope the one that I ate was fully cooked. The rest went in the trash. Tried to call but no answer
