Second time here. This place was featured on Food Network Triple D, really nice welcoming vibe … very friendly. Food and Irish beer also amazing. I enjoyed shepherds pie and beef stew. The shepherds pie was unique with a slight sweet flavor and then savory cheesy mashed potatoes on top.

I had such a great experience at Culhane’s! The potato and leek soup was absolutely delicious — creamy, flavorful, and comforting without being too heavy. I paired it with a green tea, which was the perfect warm-up combo. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy inside — definitely some of the best I’ve had in Jacksonville. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by for a relaxing meal and good comfort food!

Love it! A true Irish Pub, created by three sisters, in Florida! This place has been marked in history as Guy Fieri showcased the place on his show! You need to see their website and you’ll know why we came here! First time visit, we just wanted to try a few items. Order the Reuben Egg Rolls – CRUNCHY and CRISPY! The inside seasoned very well with a little spice and the dipping sauce! An explosion of flavor! Next up, the Guinness Beef Stew. Yep! You need to try this too! Savory, hearty, sticks to your ribs delicious! Our server, Luanne, she was sweet and sassy! Loved her energy and she took care of everyone! The atmosphere, definitely Irish and homey, felt really comfortable. I already told Luanne we will be back and that’s a promise! Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!!!

An Irish bar is only as good as the kindness of the staff and their ability to pour a perfect pint of Guinness. By both measures, Culhane’s is exceptional. Brian and Jackie treat every customer as though they’re the most important person in the world and they always remember my name when I come in. Everything I’ve had on the menu is delicious, most especially the Shepherd’s Pie and the lamb burgers. The only bar in the neighborhood that truly reminds me of home.

My first time here. My husband suggested this place and I’m glad he did. Best fish and chips I’ve ever had. The batter was the absolute best! Light, crispy with nice white Alaskan cod perfectly cooked. My husband has the Reuben sandwich and he loved it. Excellent French fries! The bartender (with the cute Irish accent) was exceptional. We loved the experience and plan to be regulars. Great cole slaw, too.

A Consistently Great Experience at Culhane’s Irish Pub
Culhane’s Irish Pub never disappoints, and our recent visit was no exception. This marks our 10th time dining here, and each experience has been just as enjoyable as the last. Our server, Jamie, was attentive and personable, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.
Jamie recommended the mussels, a recent addition to the menu, and it was an excellent suggestion. The mussels were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection in a rich, creamy sauce that had us scraping the bottom of the bowl. Be sure to order the big pretzel on the side—it’s the perfect companion to soak up that incredible sauce.
Overall, the food and service at Culhane’s have been consistently top-notch, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, you can expect a warm welcome, great food, and a memorable meal.

We were pretty excited to try this place being that we are an AD Military family that moved here recently. We got there around 6:15 last night and were told that the regular dining side was low on servers, were NOT willing to take a table of 2 people on a Friday night, and we could sit outside where everyone was smoking which was not an option due to having asthma. We ended up leaving, however, we will not be returning. I’ve been in the service industry which is why I’m even more shocked at what occurred with them jot being able to accommodate a table of 2 on a Friday night.

Really nice locally owned restaurant. Food is really Irish and delicious, plus the prices, especially in the era of inflation, are extremely reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Irish music on Sundays.
