Ordered food at 1:35 A.M through app. When I arrived, the food wasn’t ready and didn’t even show up on the screen and almost left empty-handed. On top of that, it did not let me cancel the order because it was supposedly “getting made” , which wasn’t happening. Out of all the times I’ve visited this McDonalds, the app never failed me until today. I recommend paying in person and not on the app.

Honestly, it seems it’s always the same story with McDonalds. Either your food is cold or they give you the wrong item. McDonald is advertising the new BIG ARCH sandwich and caught my attention l when I get my order from an online pick up. I found out the gave me a regular Big Mac. Now yes my job is also to check I got my order correctly. But that’s the reason of having a screen with the items to goes inside the bag and also you have a machine that prints out a sticker with the items that I order as well. As a ex general manager disciplinary action needs to be done when they mess up an order. Not only that goes to waste but also wasting your client time and money. Unfortunately I have a limit schedule to eat so

Aspen was so nice to me and my son. She was patient and helped him make his order.
It is a nice change from the normal service that most South Beach restaurants offer. I want more people like Aspen everywhere I go. McDonald’s would be best to acknowledge the good people that work hard to make the experience better. – – side note I dislike the touchscreen, it makes the restaurant experience feel like a trip to the DMV. Humans buy your food, not clicks and touchscreens.

Im only putting 1* because i cant put 0*. I ordered 2 burgers and 1 large fries, my order is ready I picked up and once i got home (5 blocks away) i noticed the fries are not in the bag, came back to the restaurant (5 minutes later) tell the lady that they made a mistake, no big problem i just need the fries that they forgot to put, she says she is calling the manager. The manager arrived and says: I cant do anything once you cross the door, so I reply: do i have to open my burger here to check if all the ingredients are here at the counter? He said yes!
So you know guys, check your order at the counter, cause once you’re out of the restaurant they dont care about you anymore!

Place is a joke. Instead of managing his restaurant, GM has nothing better to do than sit outside and tow people’s cars. Even towed a guys truck that was inside eating lunch. Maybe worry more about the horrifyingly low level of your food quality before trying to play parking police.

Sold me a double fish value meal for $13. And some change. It tasted like it had been cooked over 10 hours ago. It was so hard it tasted like cardboard. The fries were old as well. I called numerous times on different days to try to speak to a manager but no one would answer. I left a voicemail as well but no one called me back.. In my opinion the value meal was worth about $2.99…… I won’t be back anytime soon at all…..

On this Morning May 10,2025 I went to this McDonalds I ordered a sausage Mc griddle with cheese no egg I approached the first window the young lady was so nice I paid for my sandwich she told me to go to the next window for my sandwich the young lady hand me a bag I received and open it the sandwich was cold not even lukewarm the cheese wasn’t even melted. I wrap the sandwich back up and asked her can she warmed it up she took the sandwich opened it up looking at it I ask her why is she doing all that I had it wrapped all she had to do is warmed it this girl took the sandwich out the wrap put it in her hand and started walking around playing with it I thought I was in a movie then she started talking with the Supervisor and another lady then she threw the sandwich away now remember I’m looking at all of this they act like I was invisible I’m watching the older lady fix the sandwich no gloves give the sandwich to the Manager no gloves place in the Microwave took it out once it was hot again no gloves bare hands this Manager never came to the window to apologize just was looking crazy the hospitality that I was giving is unacceptable I really needs to stop eating out this behavior was unacceptable I would never return back here this is the Manager

Not such a good experience.. I went through the drive-thru.. ordered paid. Got a Coke. Then just sat there for 5 minutes. Someone came by and said why are you still waiting? I’m like yep. Another 5 minutes goes by someone else says. Are you still here? I said yep. And 2 minutes later I just left. I mean they just never brought me my food. I’m out the money and out the food but whatever dudes. And I never really go to fast food so now I guess I remember why.
