I know it being Christmas Eve and it being busy is understandable, but to the crew member named Rage….the guy up front is very rude. He is telling a girl to do everything for him. He couldn’t even finish my order without asking 3 different people to finish the job for him. He called a coworker dumb and said a customer was stupid. He was being rude to the other team members in the kitchen. It was just a horrible environment with him walking around inside. I apologize to the nice young lady who brought me my food and I wished her night to get better because that guy was ruining the atmosphere for everyone

Trash absolutely garbage! Waited 15 minutes for our food because they were busy no big deal. Got the double cheeseburger and it was so hard and black that I choked trying to swallow it because it was hard and very dry. I think the health department needs to visit this place. Never will go again.

We had 2 large coffees and a small fry and waited 30+ minutes at curbside. My husband called in and they said “I’m making it now and will bring it out right now” we waited and watched 2 cars get their food. My husband had to walk in and they weren’t even friendly when he walked in. Plus they hadn’t even started brewing the coffee to make his coffee. Needless to say he got a refund and we left. Won’t be back or to any franchise owned by that person.

Ordered through the app and after 15 minutes of waiting, had to go in and get food.
After arriving home, noticed 1 hashbrown was missing and when I opened my sausage McMuffin, I noticed an awful smell and there was some sort of sludge on the bottom of my sausage.
It is definitely inedible.

They are short handed but if u have patients to wait for fresh food that’s the way to go,as long as u wait everything’s good if u don’t got time the food might not be as warm and fresh as you’d like,as far as a wait there’s always one around 9 to 11 at night…

I came in and had to wait a very long time for my food, and even when the food came out there were straws missing and it was slightly messed up. I went to grab a straw after waiting in line for a long time, and the worker had an attitude—the entire restaurant was very dirty and there was almost no place to sit inside of it because of the lack of clean tables. This is easily one of the worst McDonalds in Muncie. The food is never that good and leaves a lot to be desired. The service is horrible. Once the kiosks went in it’s like they refuse to help at all. We had a pickup order once and arrived after the food said it was completed. We went in and it wasn’t there. Around 6 people looked at us and not one stopped and asked a thing while we tried asking for help. Then they said they couldn’t find our ticket despite our food saying it was completed on the app. So, then we waited even longer for the food. I wouldn’t really waste your time with this location anymore.

Don’t go to the second drive three line- I watched 7 cars in the first line place their order and they never took mine. So I pulled out, went through the 1st drive thru line. Got through rather quickly. Food was hot and good. Service kinda sucked. The people I encountered seemed like they hated their job and didn’t care. Like I get it, but get a different job if you don’t like it that much.
And they dumped my fries in upside down.

They constantly pull you into a parking spot to make their egos feel better with their drive thru time. U wait forever and the food is usually pretty mid or forget ur food then get mad when u try to get ur food remade. If you guys weren’t so concerned with drive thru speeds maybe this place would be as good as Tillotsons. They pull you up but atleast it’s a timely manner and not every single vehicle in line. You guys suck
