I joined the Arby’s rewards program and was trying to use it to get the free French dip sandwich but the app wasn’t cooperating. I tried to order at the store to get and use points. The cashier said they usually have the bar code pop up to tell them I was a reward member, but the wifi was not working quick enough. So I asked if she could use my phone number and she needed the bar code. I thought I could input it into my account so just went ahead and ordered the turkey bacon and Swiss combo with potato cakes, a drink and the new peach nuggets. All were delicious.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating with quick service. I have never been missing an item or had an issue with a seamless transaction. The management and staff seem to work well together. It is definitely a leader working with the team instead of bossing their employees around. The food is consistent, the restaurant is very big compared to other Arby’s.
There is plenty of seating.
There are two entrances in exits. One on Andy Devine, and one out the back if you are going somewhere else in Kingman and want to avoid the frequent semi truck traffic due to the freeway exchange and truck stop across the street.

Stopped here because I had a 2 for $7 coupon for french dip. Super nice at drive thru and fast! I was amazed by the amount of meat in the sandwiches. The au jus and the fries were hot and everything was delicious! Quite the deal!

I ordered several items. When I paid for them I was asked to wait in front. I did, guy game me food &I began to leave. Then I realized a sandwich wasn’t in the order so I went back. Explained that I didn’t get the sandwich. Ok no problem gave it right to me. As I left again I realized I didn’t get another item only to see i wasn’t even charged for it. Which was irritating since she read my order back and it was fine. Oh well.

My friends and I ordered the new steak nuggets and steak nugget burgers. The firste thing I noticed was that all of the food was quite cold. Secondly, the portions were incredibly small… In carried all 3 bags with one hand. No weight to them at all, especially when we spent over $70. Thirdly, the steak looked very pink, it had a strange taste, I I say almost like fish and my friend said teriyaki… ALMOST. The flavor was literally unrecognizable. And the fourth and last critique, was of just the weird texture. The chunks of meat were too tender without being juicy or flavorful. It was just an overall gross experience. It felt to me like i was eating rotten food. There we re were 4 of us eating that steak stuff and not one of us wasnt still hungry after choking down our meal. Not exaggerating. We’re headed over to Carl’s now because that’s guaranteed satisfaction! Sorry

Its been a minute since I’ve been at this location. I used to live near by.
Have to say, food was very tasty for being fast food. Roast beef sandwiches were hot and meat piled high. Buns were fresh and soft. The potato cakes were awesome, hot, crispy and delicious..
Service was good too. The manager brought us our order and was very friendly.

Always enjoy Arby’s food. My son loved the new Gyro . The steaks tips were great and the sliced beef sandwiches are always good. The jalapeno poppers were just right.

This is the cleanest, nicest Arby’s I have ever been to! The employees are so nice and friendly and the restaurant is nicely decorated for Christmas! I will definitely come to this Arby’s again if I’m ever in Kingman.
