Don’t bother going to this Mc Donald’s, there is an even better place to get your breakfast sandwiches right next door at Aleshas Donuts!! They use fresh croissants and real eggs. The breakfast there is amazing!

Tonight my family and I drove thru; we get to the first window to pay and no one was there, we was waiting a little but no one showed up so we went to the second window. EVALIN was working the window and asked if it was my order and told me to pay which I handed her my Phone to pay, I told her sorry I didnt see anyone at the first window and she says RUDELY that I shouldve waited, I told her i waited a while and no one was there, she then proceeded to to mumble and grumble and get loud for no reason, a manager stepped in and told her to take a break, I explained to the manager what happened and evalin came back arguing that she wasnt rude, the manager kept telling her to walk away and she kept running her mouth. I eventually told her to shut up in which she proceeded to tell me to shut up. The manager kept telling her to walk away but she wasnt even listening to him. The manager was apologetic but evalin shouldnt be working there if she cant deal with customers. Her attitude towards customers and toward the manager was ridiculous.
She didnt need to be rude. I paid and was just waiting for my food. She shouldve just been kind. There was no need for her attitude and rudeness.

I went in side to order my food. These two young ladies. Just ignore me. I said hello and nobody came. And then I seen one of the ladies and I said again hello both ladies just ingore me and went on with there business. It was not busy. I come in every Friday morning. And Joey and the lady at the drive threw is so nice. The lady at the drive threw at 4 am. Always greet me with a friendly hello. But these two young ladies didn’t even acknowledge me at all just looked at me and went on with there business. You need to either fired them or have them retake your orientation again

They remodel the restaurant, does not make sense. There are walls up and they can’t see customers. I ordered 3 meals, took 20 min to get the food. Meanwhile, people that came after me got food. I asked where my food was and got a stupid look, what I didn’t call your number. I would be standing here asking about if I had it. No sorry no nothing, just walked away from to help another customer. I already had a bad day and this made it worse.

As you can see they put only 1 super thin see thru piece of bacon broken in half. Really??? I get things are getting smaller and more expensive but this is ridiculous. I had a coupon also and showed it to the drive thru worker however they said that the number nor the QR code was working? So frustrated I just paid full price however I won’t be going there again. This isn’t the first time they have either messed up the order or been lacking with their food. So sad. It used to be good. Not anymore.

Freaky fast. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and 2 hash browns with a coffee and it arrived within 2 minutes. Super impressive considering all the other McDonald’s are at least a 15-25min wait

This is the closest location to me, but maybe I need to consider driving an extra couple miles for better service. For the past 5 visits, I asked for NO ONIONS on all my orders. All 5 times the request was either overlooked or ignored. I don’t have time to run back to the store to have them correct the order. My lunch break is only 30 minutes, I wish they could just get the order right to begin with.

You guys need to pay attention to your orders. The drinks came wrong. No sauce for the nuggets and no nuggets. Hey at least we got straws this time. Idk what the hell you guys are doing over there but no one is paying attention. And your customers are suffering for your lack of attention. Managers get your staff to do better
