I just ordered uber eats. I clicked on one of my reorders for the Mickey D’s dinner box. I did not alter or remove anything, bc it was one of my past orders I’ve ordered before & I never took anything off. I ordered an additional Big Mac. All my other orders are good, but. I’m very sad & upset when I checked my Big Macs I got for my family. Two of my big Mac’s came with no Patties. I called & they said only one burger should’ve had one Pattie removed. TWO BURGERS HAD NO PATTIE! I DIDNT EVEN CUSTOMIZE OR TAKE ANY PATTIES OFF! I was not going to fight over patties. I’m just upset, but it’s what it is. I know how hard the employees work. But I’m just in disbelief. Had to make my own patties quickly for the Big Macs

The morning crew is awesome but the evening crew needs some major work. Waited over 30 minutes for my frappe. When it was brought out i had the coffee all over me cause for some reason they cant clean the outside of the cup before giving it to the customer.

So i ordered the burger the way I wanted my burger like I always do a double cheeseburger, no ketchup in my mustard, made like a big Mac and big Mac sauce and lettuce and it was wrong 3 times and there was only 10 cars in line and it’s Sunday night and they wasn’t busy 10 cars.Is not busy and they couldn’t get it right?So a alondra came out.
To my car while I was pulled up and said I owed more money and i’m like I ordered it that i’m not paid already and it wasn’t correct and then I had to go inside to get my burger and she yelled at me and i’m sorry this is not right for customers. You’re not busy you get the order wrong 3 times then you tell me, I owe more money after I already paid, and I’m sitting at the window, waiting on my food and you get it wrong 3 times it’s ridiculous, something needs to go on. They only have a 3.7 rating. No wonder why but she needs to be reprimanded for her actions because she was very rude. To say at least

I come to this McDonald’s often and the Hispanic girl there in the drive through window (with the glasses) is ALWAYS in a bad mood and have an attitude. It never fails . I went today and paid for THREE drinks and when I told her she only gave me TWO she got smart and walked away. I don’t see how she is still working here when she’s constantly being talked about because of her attitude. DO BETTER . I will be calling corporate!

This location is very clean. Service was good we ordered from the kiosks which was nice. Overall it was a good experience, except for the loud mouth manager who was reprimanding the employees and insisted on talking as loud as she could. Other than that 4 stars. Manager 1 star.
Edit; Just left and my experience was good. Be very careful when pulling in or out of here on Hwy 70. Look twice. Traffic can be bad at times.

The food was fresh and hot. Very helpful order taker. The dining room was clean and updated. I found this location to be very busy in the drive thru and observed several indoor customers. A busy restaurant is a positive sign of great food and friendly service. Using the Mobil app to gain access to free and cheaper food and drink options is a must! This location offers many parking options and easy handicap ♿ access.

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order for someone else and also placed a separate order. When I gave the mobile code, the employee repeated the customer’s name back to me. However, when I got to the window, I was handed the wrong order and told to pull up by the side door to wait.

I sat there for over 30 minutes while multiple employees came out, only to tell me there was still no mobile order. Eventually, I was even told to go inside. I called from my car and spoke with the manager, who claimed there was no mobile order at all. Later, the person who placed the order came to the restaurant and spoke directly with management, and after looking into it, they admitted the order had already been cashed out.

The most concerning part is that the drive-thru worker, Oscar, clearly knew who the mobile order belonged to and chose to mishandle it. This looks like intentional behavior, not a simple mistake. I will be filing a complaint with the district office to make them aware. If this employee has a personal issue with a customer, it seems they purposely tamper with or delay their order.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope McDonald’s takes it seriously.

Workers are so rude. I ordered mcrib and Ethan told me they dont have the mcrib. I told him it i only ordered it because it was on the sign and he said he was not in charge of the sign….he was a smart ass.
