There’s plenty of space in the drive thru and you can literally walk over from the Kroger. My order came out in reasonable time (7 minutes). The McDouble, McChicken, and fries were exactly as expected and they bagged it well. The ordering kiosks are a tad laggy but aren’t they all. They also weren’t very well stocked on Apple pie or cookies for a dinner hour (8pm). Anyway, I’ve been to much worse McDonald’s locations recently. This one’s not bad at all.

Our first time to this location, and went thru drivethru and we were told to park in a reserved spot. 15 minutes passed and everyone else was given their food. We had to go back inside to get our own food!! It was not very busy either

Obviously a young staff because they behave immature and no one holds accountable asked for large hot fry. Fries were cold asked to replace they returned same fries with a couple hot ones on top. Called to speak with manager they played on phone then took the phone off receiver to beep busy remainder of day.

Partially cooked chicken !!
Used to get Mcchicken sandwich or Crispy chicken at drive-thru. Stopped going there, once Chicken was almost raw. Went back after many months to get Chicken wrap thinking they can not mess it up, wrong. Wrap had partially cooked Chicken. Hope management takes notice.

Ordered food from here and received about 1/2 of my order. My passenger didnt check until we were back at work and didnt have time to return. I was missing a whole meal minus the drink. Then I go to sned in a complaint and realized I wasn’t given a receipt. Absolutely sub par service from this establishment.

My recent drive-through experience was extremely disappointing. The line moved unusually slowly, and despite the long wait, my order was still incorrect. The overall service felt inattentive and unorganized. I understand that every team has challenges, but improved training and staffing could make a significant difference.

The drive thru was very busy but at this location it didn’t take them no time to take care of our order. This is the first time I have been to a 5 star McDonald’s but it happened today. When I first placed my order the person had very good communication skills through the microphone. When we pulled up to get our food the woman was so nice and SMILED! That is important to make us feel good as customers. She made sure the order was complete and didn’t forget anything which is so important. She offered us cups for our ice cream so it didn’t make a mess and even gave us spoons with enough napkins. Today was shocking because this service was so superior to the other locations.When we opened the food which was made to order and still fast , it was done properly. All of these things added up to the five star experience. The woman named Roniesha in the drive thru at the end was what really made my day. Sorry if I spelled it wrong but she was so nice. She is absolutely one of the best customer service representatives that we have encountered. I definitely recommend this location if you are near this area.

This place needs new management. Stella is extremely rude and impatient! I feel bad for the employees that work there with her. Oh and since when is it up to the manager to tell me what kind of sauce I can get with my nuggets. According to her I cannot get buffalo sauce or a Diet Coke with a kids meal? This is news to me.
