Top quality, great food, quick service. Big shoutout to Jack for being HUGE help to myself and multiple people while I was waiting. Give that man a raise! He knows hospitality.

Solid Culver’s franchise here.

I really really love this fast food stores in my community! Although the price is quite pricey, the service and atmosphere are very nice. I also love how the store hire a balance of all age workers including the elderly too. Yesterday, I was greeted by a very sweet old lady. She greeted me with a smile and asked what I would like for lunch. The atmosphere is quiet and super relaxing. The burger deluxe always taste good. definitely will come back again.

I can’t afford to eat out much if at all these days, but when my wife blew her whole paycheck on internet gambling and that rock, I knew I deserved a treat. I found a coupon for a value basket and I was off to the car. A car I’d come to find out, was out of gas.

After gassing up at kitty’s corner, I headed out again in search of my cheesey revenge and soon found it on Hudson road. As I debated with myself over the best vessel for my tasty comeuppance, the man working the front suggested bacon on my deluxe and an upgraded side as well. This man was in on the plan and knew I was here for more than the usual side of potatoes I could normally afford.

We went all in and never looked back. A double, NO. TRIPLE! Deluxe butterburger with cheese and bacon stacked high alongside the perfectly fried onion rings and Culver’s signature root beer was the perfect meal to revenge spend on.
My wife and her compulsive gambling problems couldn’t stop me or my newfound culvers friend from forging life long bonds of support and friendship as we laughed and roared with delight, shoving fistfuls of fried revenge deep into our ravenous mouths.

I went home later that day feeling pride and confidence as I steadfastly defended my right to nice things too. My wife disagreed and vowed that if she ever met this Culvers man who gave me back my independence, she’d “take him down a peg” but I owe my life to that man who served me up a double scoop of the flavor of the day: self worth.

Thanks Scoopie for making me a man again.

food was great like always but please teach your cashiers to hand money to customer instead if sliding it on the counter. Very Careless and felt a lil discriminated. Will bring to corp

I came through the drive-through tonight and spent $65 on three dinners. When I got home, I realize that I was missing three french fries. I went to the store with my receipt less than 15 minutes after I had placed my order and was met with rude young lady who did not apologize in anyway, and tried to give me one french fry instead of three. And then when I told her I needed three instead of one, she was even more rude to me and rolled her eyes and slammed the drive-through window closed. I was very kind as I myself work in fast food and retail. I do not understand why she felt the need to be rude to me when I was only asking for something that I had already paid for. Very disappointing customer service tonight.

Placed an order on DoorDash and I don’t understand why they are not working on my order. My order was reassigned to 4 different dashers, it’s been 90 minutes since I put my order in and the dashers are telling me that my order is still not ready. This is ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue like this before. If you can’t get to my order then just reject it, kept me waiting all this time only for me to end up cancelling it. While I was submitting my cancelation, the dasher canceled it for me due to “an issue” not described. Not surprised that in the same hour of my order, someone else is complaint about terrible employees currently working there right now.

Food is always good. Today I didn’t want to wait on the drive- thru so I went in and I was very disappointed with the customer service by the man, heavy set glasses and some facial hair was very condescending while taking the order. He was passive aggressive towards his coworkers sad thing!

Food was good but when I forgot to get BBQ sauce for chicken strips they wouldn’t give it to me. They said it costs $.55. I just spent $60 and they wouldn’t throw in 1 sauce? Please do better Culver’s.

I’ve never gotten my order wrong here. The staff clearly enjoy their job and co workers. Well trained, very polite, and always happy to help.

I don’t know if they were doing some sort of program or what but it certainly wasn’t advertised, a bunch of kids were running food when we went tonight. Like all under 14 years old, literal children out at 6pm on a school night handing out food in the dark to strangers. Even if they’re raising money for their school or something it seemed pretty messed up.
