Our first time out to the Eagles Nest, billed as a York institution. Thumbs up on the signature martini. The food nearly matched and would have made it but for the steaks and seafood coming out warm not hot. Kept them from a 5-star. Will give them another try for sure.

We selected this restaurant for a ladies’ night with friends, and we were definitely not let down. I ordered the BBQ salmon salad entrée, and I loved every single bite. The white peach cosmo I ordered was equally delightful. Our waiter, Tyler, was incredibly attentive and brought a great sense of humor to our table, which made for a fun experience. The atmosphere and service were exceptional—definitely a solid 10/10. I can’t wait to return and try the fisherman’s risotto; I tasted a bit from a friend’s plate, and it was absolutely delicious!

I had an enjoyable dinner. The food and service was amazing! I wish we would’ve gotten a window table to better enjoy the view. I liked that they had a fairly diverse team on their staff. It was a bit pricey as expected. We had the Valentine’s special but of course.

Definitely stop in. Higher end feel with overlook and sunset. Great panoramic view along with friendly and attentive service and staff members. The owner is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and is a supporter of the arts and local musicians. Excellence should be their motto. Good people.

What I like best is that the place has an open mic every Sunday.
What’s even better is that they have booked me to play music (a gig…my first in quite some time) on February 5th 2026; from 7-9pm.
It is great to see a business establishment that supports its local musicians.
Of course, there’s always the food ️ & the beer .

A special local restaurant for us. Delicious food, wonderful presentation, and great service. The owner actually comes around to greet you and see how everything is going and came back to check on us. Servers were busy but attentive (Friday night crowd.) All around quality.

We had a late Sunday lunch. Just recently. The place was wonderful the Staff did a great job. The general manager was up helping the wait staff serv. I think this is always a good sign. I hate going into a place the GM is sitting at the bar complaining about people,prices ect. Now I had decided on the French dip before we even arrived, out of beef. I was at first disse. but I got the sea food linguine and it was excellent. We are definitely returning. I love that we have a great lunch spot again. Thank you. Oh I did something I never do I happen to see the chef. I walked up and thanked him for the excellent food shuck his hand and said we will be back .
