I will be coming back to this location. I am leaving 5 stars because I received good service. The workers introduced themselves to me well and gave me a great experience. All of the team went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back because the food was great as well as the service. My omelette and hashbrowns was not greasy and the omelette was so light and well done. Everything in my breakfast came out really tasty and did not take long to wait at all. The team at IHOP at this East West Connector location had a rarity in their service that is hard to ever find. They really spent time with not only me, but the entire restaurant was pleased, which made the atmosphere feel even better. I always will remember eating here and it’s another gem about Georgia and the USA that should not be missed out on.

I came in the other day after what appeared to be a large group of seniors was loading up and leaving. My boyfriend and I were trying to grab a quick bite to eat after being out all day running errands.
We were sat quickly and our server was at our table within a minute or less. She introduced herself as Katie, which we had also seen on her name tag. She had a smile and a positive attitude.
She took our drink order and gave us a few minutes to decide what we wanted to eat (I’m a little picky sometimes). After we placed our order she came by the table several times to check on us and ask if we needed any refills or anything else at all. Always with a smile. And always with such a positive demeanor.
We asked about the seniors leaving and she said they had contacted Randy, their manager, and had scheduled the event in advance and that they (the IHOP team) had been happy to serve them and that they had made it a pleasant experience for each of them, both the staff and the seniors.
My boyfriend and I will definitely be back for Katie, Randy and the rest of the amazing team at the AUSTELL IHOP!

Best. IHOP. Anywhere!! Randy and his team are amazing!! We had Katie as our server and she is truly top notch!! I couldn’t find the specific meal on the menu I was looking for, so I just told her what I wanted and BAM, like magic she went to tapping away on her tablet and I got exactly what I was looking for! She definitely made our dining experience worth it, we will be coming back for her!!

I went there on Sunday. It was pretty busy as to be expected. After a wait and a half I was seated. I expected to be sitting for a bit since it was so busy, but to my surprise I was waited on very quickly. The lady was nice and polite greeted herself as Katie and took my order with patience. She spoke kindly to me and just had the best customer service. Made the whole dinning experience very worth the wait. Definitely will be coming back and asking for her again

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to a staff member’s unprofessional and dismissive behavior. I politely asked that the order bag be stapled closed, as required for delivery orders. She refused, then offered to tape the bag instead. While I agreed to that alternative, the bag was only partially taped and remained open.
Per Uber delivery guidelines, all food bags and drinks are required to be fully sealed prior to being handed off to drivers. When I respectfully asked her to properly seal the bag to comply with these rules, she refused again, stated she was not going to seal it, and walked away. When I attempted to ask for her name, she avoided the request and left the area.
This interaction was unnecessary and discourteous, especially given that the request was reasonable and related to delivery safety and protocol. I hope management addresses staff training and accountability to ensure more professional and respectful service moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience at IHOP. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our food arrived quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I truly appreciate the great customer service, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

We came to celebrate my birthday. We had Ms. Katie as out server. She was truly amazing!! She was quick and attentive to our needs and had all of the staff do their birthday song! If you are looking for great service and an amazing experience, I recommend the Austell IHOP!! You can see the joy the staff has for working together while they are in their server area. And everyone is always smiling. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

We were sooo pleased with how Randy Reece handled the seating and service of our Cobb County seniors. We, along with other patrons, were treated with such kindness. The whole staff was wonderful and our server Ashley, was absolutely theeee best!!!! If you want to be greeted with a smile, feel welcomed, and treated like family, definitely visit this IHOP
