This McDonald’s was quick with my order once I placed it, but getting to that point was frustrating. There was no one manning the front counter, even though plenty of employees were around. It’s clear they’re pushing the self-order kiosks, but those don’t always have the full menu, which forces you to wait a long time just to get help. During peak hours, the place can be chaotic, making the ordering process even more stressful. If they had better customer service at the counter, the experience would be much smoother.

No one at counter, shift manager more interested in cell phone than serving customers. Lobby dirty. Napkin holder empty and reported it. Left 20 mins later and still no napkins. Black mold in soda drain trays!!!!

Customer service was awful. Waited in line to order, soon as people ahead of us ordered the guy at register disappeared saying he’d be back. Never was. Ordered from kiosk and then waited over 20 min for food. It was dead. Very disappointed. Only good thing Food was pretty fresh. When we was leaving at least 10 people were waiting on someone to take their order.

30 min for 1 happy meal? This is not the first time. I understand circumstances of be understaffed but you can’t keep making that excuse. Make a solution or shut the business down! No solutions or resolutions were given and the manager didn’t want to make anything right. The only offer up was “sorry we are understaffed”. I would love to put you get what you pay for but in reality they charge as much as a regular restaurant anymore.

Waited almost 20 minutes to get my order. Employees became rude when I asked it was ready. Finally got my order, and it was incorrect. The plain cheeseburger was adorned with mustard, catsup, onions, and pickles. Double quarter pound cheeseburger was severely overcooked, very dry, and almost black.
From the other reviews here it seems rude behavior and bad food is the norm here.

We were missing items in our order and didn’t realize it before leaving. I should have checked as I usually do but was in quite a hurry. Overall food and service were good, just a little bit slow.

This place is an absolute embarrassment. The management team has no idea how to lead, and it’s painfully obvious they’ve never been properly trained, especially when it comes to something as basic as understanding a corporate voucher( doesn’t matter which owner operator issues that you get reimbursed by that owner operator.) The staff inside is completely clueless, stumbling through tasks they clearly don’t understand. Meanwhile, the back room sounds like a circus—employees yelling over each other while customers stand there forced to witness the chaos. It’s the blind leading the blind, and no one seems to care. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other location. This one is downright horrendous.

In particular Branson West and other locations: Since the front counter WALL has been built, there is no ability for the servers to see the LINE of customers at the counter. The Grill person YELLS “Counter” to the To Go Window people; however often there are three Chatting about 1 to go bag! Often the server who walks to the counter is aloof so is inattentive to listen about items ordered; therefore items are NOT on the delivered tray. The floor throughout the place would be of interest to culture by CDC. An employee swept a pile of garbage to table area, then apparently clocked out! So garbage pile was left there as a Slip&Fall issue. Yikes! Gross! Burger was “luke-cool”. May have been “on hold” not hot/fresh. Same for Chicken sandwich.

Ive never seen a mcd that still has the same booths etc since the 90s! Yuk! Not sanitary. Had this wet dog smell inside. The soda machine sprays full blast to the right at the wall on the fanta. I mean wow not a good stopping place

Who doesn’t like McDonald’s? Why can’t they make an adult Happy Meal, instead of a toy, Maybe a free sandwich or $5 off random discounts? I went to the drive thru. Had to pull up because I got fries with no salt. (Put salt in it later That way I’m sure I’ll get fresh fries) Asked for extra pickles in a cup for my hamburger, because I’m a pickle lover? . They gave me a lot and didn’t charge me, but I guess you do get charged.50¢. Anyways it was good. I don’t go to McDonald’s a lot, but love me some McDonald’s fries.
