Great customer service. I love how peaceful the environment feels. You can enjoy your food and chat comfortably. Always clean. I always visit at brunch time, not sure if it feels/looks different at other time of the day. The food was good, the only reason I gave a 4 is because I wish for it to be hotter.

Place very busy. Got the $6 scramble I added an order of avocado . Also used pancoins for short stack . Food was good, waitress was great! Only reason for not 5 star is the skimpy avocado served.. attached are photos of picture in the restaurant and what I actually received.

This morning, my husband and I visited IHOP location #36-216, located at 111 S. Oregon Avenue in Sanford, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing due to the service we received from our server, Denise.
To begin with, she brought the coffee carafe to the table but did not serve the coffee. We also had to ask for sugar, which should have been provided automatically. Additionally, the chocolate side we requested for my husband’s pancakes was never brought.
I clearly stated from the beginning that I did NOT want sausage and requested only bacon. However, my plate arrived with half sausage and half bacon. I did not even have the opportunity to correct this because once the food was delivered, our server disappeared. She never returned to check if everything was okay, never offered refills, and did not ask if we needed anything else.
Instead, she simply walked by our table and left the check without any interaction. Because of this, my husband did not get the chance to order a juice. We eventually had to ask another server to call her over so we could pay and leave. Throughout the experience, we felt ignored and treated with a lack of courtesy.
This level of service was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management consider providing additional customer service training or workshops for their staff to ensure a better experience for future guests.

holly was the best , best customer service very attentive i would recommend to eat here EVERYDAY !! She made sure my food was well done and ready quick !! If you’re hungry and don’t want a hassle holly is your girl !!! She will treat you like family always ! Dont hesitate to come and visit here you won’t regret it!!

This IHOP is clean and the staff is welcoming and efficient at their job. Our service was great. Our food was hot and our waitress made sure to visit our table frequently to see that we had everything. 5 stars for dining in and 5 stars for take out. Prices very reasonable with good portion size. I recommend this IHOP!

Kele and the new girl she was training were great! Kele knows her customs and has a really good relationship with them. They were very good at their job. The pancakes were the best I’ve ever had at IHOP! And I love ihop pancakes. We got our food very quickly.

We went on a Sunday evening for dinner, they were slow, but things picked up as we were there. Pamela was the only one working as a server, as a hostess seating people, and handling the front of the restaurant by herself, she handled all the tables and a larger party in a back room like a pro. The food was good, on par with what I’d expect from an IHOP, but her kindness and positive attitude were what made it a good experience. She checked in on us an appropriate amount, made sure we had drinks, answered questions, and accommodated our needs. I wish every restaurant employee was like her!

Stopped at IHOP for a quick late breakfast before a trip. Just what I needed, eggs, pancakes, with bacon and hash browns. Bree was great, very pleasant and courteous. Very glad I chose to stop there.
