Our waiter Andrew was fantastic, he was friendly, patient, informative, and attentive. With that said, our food weren’t great. We only stopped by for some snacks after mini golf. We ordered the nacho supreme and the pick 6 for $19.99 deal and soft drinks. The regular lemonade was very flavorful but the taste reminds me of soap. The black cherry limeade was pretty good, it’s like a sour cherry soda. The chips for the nacho felt stale and the $2 extra charge for guacamole was NOT worth it. It was super tiny amount and one of the most bland guacamole ever. For the pick 6, I did both upgrade to traditional wings, one with fries and the other tots. The fries taste old and not crispy at all, the tots were so much better. They didn’t season neither the fries or tots which is fine because there’s salt and pepper on the table but the fries was not good, GET TOTS. The chicken were basically fried to jerky toughness but the sauce were great. We got hot buffalo which was decently spicy. The parm garlic was flavorful but the meats on them were just so tough. Also, if you order the $19.99 pick 6 deal through their app or online for pickup or delivery, you don’t pay the extra upgrade charges. It was an additional $10 for our pick 6 because of the traditional wings and dining in. We don’t frequent BW much but they need to not over cook their wings.

Placed an online order. Didn’t take long at all for it to be prepared and bagged to go. Was greeted promptly when I walked through the door. Greeter knew what was going on and kept me informed. It was a very pleasant experience. We ordered 20 wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks. The food was made fresh and the wings were sauced perfectly. Completely Coated. The fries and mozzarella sticks were still hot by the time I got back to my destination and the kids really enjoyed the cheese pull! I love that we were able to select up to 4 sauces for our 20 wings. I didn’t get pictures of the fries or mozzarella sticks , but wings are posted. Thanks for a great experience!

Wings are one of my favorite foods, and I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I can eat wings every day, and I would never tire of them. The wings from this establishment are some of the best I’ve ever had. I would dare to say it’s my number 1 place to eat wings.
On this occasion, I personally ordered garlic parmesan, buffalo medium, mango habanero, and spicy garlic; they were delectable. I would like to add that they have a great variety of flavors to choose from ranging from different spice levels.I also ordered a Caesar salad, and though it wasn’t unpleasant, it didn’t impress me. In my opinion, a little more fruit and shaved parmesan would do the trick.
The onion rings were golden, followed by a nice crunch to every bite. The creaminess of the blue cheese added the final touch.
I took my order to go, so I can’t really comment on the customer service nor the cleanness of the establishment. I also appreciate the fact that they are open late, as when you are vacationing you can loose track of time. All this to say, these are the best wings ever.

Food was horrible! The boneless wings were so hard you couldn’t even bite into them. When we brought it to their attention, the blonde-haired manager came to our table with a nasty attitude — so rude that it made me not even want to get my food remade. With the way she acted, I honestly didn’t trust that she wouldn’t do something to it. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Christ, $50 for the worst food I’ve ever had. These wings are ridiculously over cooked and dry and NO sauce on them. Come on, whether you’re a cook, pilot, ceo, or janitor you should be doing the best job you can… You call these cheese fries?
Update: the manager replaced the order with a new one, the third picture is that food. The difference is great. That’s why the service got the 4 ⭐️ this is much better. Save yourself the trouble in the future and do it right the first time.

I ordered 10 wings. The sayces were good but i could tell they were sitting for awhile. They were not fresh at all and that kinda kills the whole point of sitting down and eating. Not even wingstop gives you wings that been sitting. The fries were also not fresh its everything they cooked 1 hour ago and just reheated it. Not good at all. Waitress were really nice and i liked the atmosphere but food gotta be fresh bro.

Our experience from the start was all but pleasant. We waited – and this is not an exaggeration – for 10 minutes to be seated, with 6-8 tables being served at the time of us coming in (a little after 5pm on a Friday). Several guests walked in to pick up Take-Out orders after us and were helped, but my wife and I didn’t get so much as a greeting. Once we were finally seated, we were able to order and move the process along. Our server was pleasant, but check-ins were few and far between. We were seated near the nook where the staff would huddle and talk, which isn’t normally an issue, but when you’re waiting to pay your check, and you want to chit-chat and have us get another server to find you, that’s when it becomes an issue. Will not be back – food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the wait.

Our server was incredibly friendly. That’s the only plus to this visit. The food was awful. Appetizers undercooked. Onion rings cold and soggy. Rest of the order was barely mediocre. We were offered no drink refills until we were beyond ready to go. We love BWW but will certainly caution anyone that wants to visit this location. Please reconsider as the food quality is substandard.

We have purchased from the formossa garden location in kissimmee many times both in store and takeout and have always been satisfied. We placed an order for wings for superbowl Sunday for pickup between 5:30 and 5:40. Order did not actually come out until 6:00. We understand the order not being ready on time due to superbowl business, but the quality was bad. We ordered the honey barbecue wings. Our wings came with hardly any sauce on them at all and several tasted as if they had originally been cooked a day or two ago and reheated. We understand they were busy with superbowl orders, but would expect that quality would be a priority even on busy days. Based on today’s experience, it is doubtful that we will make the more than half hour trek down I-4 again, in fact if we hadn’t been 35 minutes away we would have returned the wings and asked for a refund.
