I went in for a late night snack and come to find out my food still had some sort of paper I’m assuming from the frozen meat that was cooked. Not what I was hoping for. This is my go-to McDonald’s, sad to have experienced that.

This McDonalds is strangly hard to spot. No golden arches here to spot from far away, just kinda bland building like most if them now days. The parking lot was tiny and full and I had to wait for someone to pull out. The food is… well it’s Mcdonald’s, cheap food for… oh, surprise, not cheap. Prices have jumped. And just like most of them anymore, there’s no play area. At this point I don’t really understand who this chain is meant for anymore. I only came here because a friend asked to meet him there. I never seek out McDonald’s on my own, and if I had to again it wouldn’t be this specific one. I’d rather go to the other one in Hazel Dell.

I ordered at the drive thru at 2:30 am. Pulled up to the second window and used one of the cards/coupons for a free combo meal. Received cold food that wasn’t even what I had ordered. I got the voucher because I gave a good review to another restaurant in the area with much better services, didn’t even get a receipt so can’t even ask or tell the MCD voice that this location almost always sucks.

I used to buy coffee here about five times a week, but lately, it’s been terrible the coffee has a strong dish soap smell. My Filet-O-Fish bun also smelled stale and old. Meanwhile, five employees were standing around chatting while customers waited. The person taking orders kept walking away every few seconds, and the manager was busy talking on the phone with his friends. On my last visit, my order wasn’t ready, so they asked me to pull up to the third window. Twenty-five minutes later, no one came out they had completely forgotten about my order. That was the final straw. I won’t be coming back to McDonald’s.

To start, the app is useless. I ordered ahead because I was in a rush but after arriving there, I was waiting 20 minutes for someone to be willing to go in back and check. Only then did a different employee come ask if I “confirmed the order”. There was no option to do that on the app, and it just showed a recipt or the option to place a new order for the thing I paid for but had not received yet. Another 20 minutes until the food comes out, being tossed on the counter without any acknowledgement of the screwup. At a minimum never use the app, at best just go anywhere besides this inattentive location.

I go to this MCD very often. Multiple times I’ve received the wrong food, missing items and honestly it’s enough. I understand that the kid that was taking my order might be his first time or something but at least a manager needs to have a headset on to make sure the new person is not struggling or ringing the wrong stuff

Effectively robbing people on Christmas is bad business.
Placed an online order Christmas Eve, upon arrival there are cars being turned away because they’re “out of product”. Apparently meaning everything. Was told my only recourse was to cancel my order in-app, which involves waiting a week for the refund to process. This will likely take extra time being the holiday season, and the amount of bank holidays within the next 7 days.
Seems they really leaned into the whole grinch promotion.
