If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered online for pickup at 7:50pm. Arrived at 8:10 and they were working on orders that were supposed to be ready at 7:30. The online prep area was staffed with 2 people but one employee walked into the back and never came back after a customer reported that her order was wrong. The 2nd person’s shift was apparently over so he left and clocked out, leaving 0 people at the online prep area. One employee came to work the online area which was in complete disarray. We finally got our order at 8:45, almost an hour after it was supposed to be ready. I will NEVER be back. I understand now why Chipotle’s stock has tanked recently.

This location is the worst one around. There are times that you can catch them at the right time when everything is actually clean and organized. But when they get in a lunch rush they easily run out of ingredients and the whole service line starts to look like an Indian street food vendor. Ingredients scattered and mixed with other ingredients. Went for lunch today and I don’t like corn. But there was almost a handful that I had to pick out so I can eat. Not to mention the attitude of the employees. This location could use some kind of refresh to get things better. Sadly this location is the closest one to work. It takes to long to try and go to any other locations. I prefer the Madison location.

Was ok. Everything just ok. I had to ask for fresh beans, fresh brisket. Like why wait till it’s gone for me to say “ hey do you got more”. This is in Huntsville. Would rather go to the one in Athens than maybe Madison.The tables was dirty and the chairs. Had to clean off myself.
Went back-4/12/25- we went again . Worst decision. Horrible. Do NOT go after 9:45pm it was disgusting. Not kept clean. Nothing in stock as food choices like no black beans no white rice either. My kid really wanted to go but all I got was chips. I could see this place shutting down because how they treat people & how the y act like I’m bothering them to order food . Like I pay for your check . The audacity. .

This Chipotle is by far the worst location I’ve visited. At other locations, I’m usually greeted with friendly service, but that’s never the case here. They often refuse to serve customers well before closing time, managers are frequently on their phones instead of managing, and items are regularly unavailable. On top of that, the staff is dismissive and unwelcoming. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I’m extremely disappointed—this location consistently falls short.

Every time we come and visit this chipotle it’s dirty. All of the tables are dirty trash cans are all overflowing with trash barely can sit and eat or throw your trash away, you are literally forced to take out your food and it is cold by the time you get home. The service is trash poor communication from the people to the customer. We literally went to the end of the line because fresh meat was coming up the worker said I’m about to pull up the meat so we waited , looking crazy got back in line and the guy stayed we still had to wait instead of getting some of the freshly chopped meat and putting it on our bowls. The workers are so rude and rude. That’s the only way to explain there horrible service.

This chipotle is garbage. Good luck getting what you actually want when you come here. I have frequented this location 5 separate times and every single time they are out of
Ingredients. It doesn’t even matter what time of day it is. Service is sub-par and the staff is more interested in goofing off with each other than serving their customers. Add to it that the inside is disgusting and rarely clean to a Servsafe standard. Do yourself a favor and go across town or hit up one of the incredible Mexican style food trucks or restaurants in the city.

My wife and I stopped at this chipotle today, June 4 at 2:45 ish. First thing we noticed was every table was dirty and the floors as well. We walked in with one other customer. When we got to the counter to order, no one greeted us, it took about 5 minutes before someone to acknowledge us. There was one customer checking out, other than that, there was no one in the store. The only meat they had available was chicken and pulled pork, yet they were cooking more chicken on the grill, and I was specifically there for steak. My wife asked for the adobo sauce, that goes on their new chicken. The employee making her bowl said she didn’t know what that was. While we ate, which was only about 8 minutes, the manager and one other employee came out to the lobby. They moved the hand sanitizer station, only about a foot, they changed the trash, opened the second door, and the manager moved some chairs. They still did not make any attempt to clean the dirty tables or floors. My wife said this place is filthy, and the manager slammed the side door with the worst attitude. My wife and I have managed restaurants for many years, and my wife is currently a server as her second job. We do not leave reviews very often, but this was just a very sad attempt to run a restaurant.

My first time (ever to a chipotle) the employees were trying to close early. Mind you, they were in a pretty good mood, but, all the food seemed…”old”. But, those employees are a hoot. I am WILLING to give it a try maybe earlier next time…or call to see if they are closing early first!

No welcome, different setup, but mostly the food was just thrown into the bowl/bag. We did an online order for pickup and when we returned to the hotel, the containers were labeled wrong, the chicken order had steak, the steak order had chicken, and one was missing half the items and was only rice and steak. The protein portions still baffle me for what you pay for the dish.
Not what I expect for this overpriced food. My calls to the restaurant to remedy the situation went unanswered. We will not return to this Chipotle.

Went in yesterday, they weren’t busy at all only 2 other customers besides us in there, there was puddles of water all over the floor with no caution signs out and I walk with a walker. Get to the counter and the staff was just standing around. Only one young lady greeted us with a smile and professionalism (wished I knew her name). Got the Carne Asada bowl. The friendly young lady fixed my bowl with professionalism. However, my family member didn’t have the same experience. The young lady helping my Aunt didn’t put enough meat in her bowl and when she mentioned that the young lady just stood there looking at her. When we got to the register same unprofessional demeanor as is if we were bothering them especially when asked did they have any drink carriers.
At $40.00 for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. Should have had a little more meat in the bowl and better customer service. Won’t go to this location again.

Got a response from the owner, a link to the restaurant for help, with what? It seems there should be a true point of contact if they really wanted to help.
