We came to this location because it said it had a playground in the app. There isn’t one. Love Chick fil a but it took longer to get our food even ordering ahead. The person bringing it out clearly was having a day.

This is the 3rd time I have been to this chick fil a in probably a month. They didn’t get my order right again. It’s not hard to put a few extra pickles on a sandwich. The fries was barely enough o feed a toddler. They just don’t listen and give you whatever they want. They are starting to act like Burger King and McDonalds to where they just don’t care. So done with this one!

This one isn’t the best. I received old chicken that had been sitting out for a while. I called to let the Manager know the chicken was old and he told me that it wasn’t. So now when I go to this one I request it cooked fresh.

Fast and friendly service. Wish the parking lot was better designed with more room. lemonade was perfect as always. Grilled chicken sandwich was good, lots of fresh toppings. 30 ct nuggets were great. Spicy chicken sandwich was very plain.

Placed a 60 person catering order for a school that was promised at a specific time. I showed up 15 min before the promised time. Food was ready 15 min after the promised time which caused some of the teachers to not get lunch. Then, I was shorted 4 sandwich meals. I called the restaurant and was told “sorry”.
This is not ok and needs to be addressed. Since this cfa location won’t do anything, maybe a review will help others go somewhere else for their catering needs so they don’t experience the same. Very disappointed and wont be back.

Someone put really old disgusting looking lettuce in the container for my sandwich. I usually always enjoy my food from Chick-fil-A, but this was just really wrong to serve someone lettuce like that. For the prices they charge for a gluten free sandwiche they should be able to buy and keep fresh lettuce in stock.

The quality of the food and service seem to be dropping these last couple months. Today was the third time in a row our fries were half empty, barely warm, and not crispy. Also, my sandwich top bun was in two pieces, they had to see that when they assembled it, seriously. That’s just not carrying about the customer experience. It’s disappointing because we love the food and the brand and are thankful for the friendly, high quality food and service they normally give.

Have NEVER had a problem at any chic fil a until now. My son graduated high school today and he chose chic fil a for dinner after the ceremony lol. So we spent almost $90 on the entire family. The nuggets look burnt to me but at the very least their grease is def old. The taste DEFINITELY was NOT chic fil a caliber. Very disappointed . Mayb expect too much… I dunno chic fil a just always stood at a higher level then any other fast food…. McDonald’s nuggets would have been better tonight.
