Can’t say enough about Brook House. Back in 2017 we held our wedding reception there, and is was perfect. My wife had never been there before so we went to dinner so she could experience the food and service. Needless to say, she was sold on it.
Most recently we dined there on 12/7/25. 6pm and the waiting area was packed; we were told about a 45 minute wait time. Customers flowed in and out quickly and we were seated in about 20 minutes. Our server, Jessica, was excellent! Quick, without rushing us. Very helpful, kind, and courteous.
The food was delicious, as always. We started with the Calamari Capri, and both ordered the Veal Ala Fedele with a side of Sauteed Escarole with beans to share.
We had 5 containers to bring home with us (sort of planned it that way) and enjoyed some for lunch the next day, and some more for dinner.
Normally Red Fedele himself is on the floor moving from table to table greeting and checking on customers in a friendly and appreciated way, just like he did at our wedding reception. Unfortunately he was no there on our last visit, but we look forward to seeing him again.

Last time I was here I was disappointed. I knew there isn’t anything wrong with the place. I guess it’s just on who you get for a server.

This was my first time here and we had two tables of ladies to celebrate the birthday of an amazing friend. Brooke and David were our servers and they were top notch! The atmosphere was great and the food was spectacular! The owner walked around to the tables to check in and it was a wonderful touch. I will definitely be returning.

requested no dairy because of allergy, got cheese all over my pasta. the penne that came with my guest’s meal was not cooked. there were no desserts left on a Friday night! the other food was just ok. our waitress was lovely so i tipped well, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Very friendly staff, and beautiful back patio. The interior of the restaurant is pretty large. I had the special, which consisted of scallops on top of angel hair pasta, beans (cannellini I think?), escarole, and some sort of broth? I’m not sure, but it was pretty good! The scallops were cooked perfectly
My dish wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, and I probably won’t get it again, but I still enjoyed it. I’d love to return and try one of their more traditional dishes and enjoy another glass of wine.

In the entire Rochester NY area there is NO place better for Italian dishes. Red & his family have a great menu, lots of great dishes and there’s always a few great specials cooked up by Tony Fedele & his brothers.
Do you need space for a party? Call Fedele’s and reserve their back room for any occasion. We’ve had weddings there, birthday parties, and most recently a Celebration of Life… the buffet that the Brook House puts on in second to none.
Make sure you try the Greens & Beans… best in Town.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Red, the owner, always makes you feel like part of the family. The food is delicious, the service is great and we will keep going back! The staff also decorates the restaurant for Christmas which is nice to see when you walk inside.

GNOCCHI are the best in town! Homemade and authentic. Chicken quattro also a very flavorful dish. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Prices average. Always on the busy side.
8/22 went with the family. Been awhile and they never accepted reservations before but now they are required. They fit us in since we didn’t know and we waited 30 min for party of 8. Not terrible. It was extremely busy for a Monday at 7pm……packed. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. We ordered the calamari app….our favorite! Also the eggplant casserole, salmon dinner, chicken French and gnocchi. All dinners come with soup or salad.
