I always have a good experience at this IHOP but I usually go during night time. Today I went in around 10am. I asked for medium rare and got raw meat. I let my server know thinking he was going to offer to fix it or not charge me for it because I didn’t end up eating it but all he said was it was not his fault and that he’ll let the cooks know. Then brought us the check. Horrible service. I understand it wasn’t his fault and I never said it was, I was polite when stating the issue but no solution was offered. I starting feeling sick later because I did have like two bites before noticing the meat was raw and uncooked. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food but the service and atmosphere were good.
Despite having found hair in my food on previous occasions, we were gonna try one more time and while it was a sans hair experience, I was still disappointed! I ordered a steak and Eggs plate. I understand to not expect steakhouse quality steak BUT hfs I got GRAY meat!!! The waitstaff was awesome and everything else we ordered was great but STAY AWAY FROM THE “STEAK”!!

Ordered hot chocolate because it was freezing inside restaurant. Could’ve been sweeter. Entree consisted of tres leches pancakes, grits, eggs, sausage and hash browns. Added a little butter pecan syrup to pancakes. I LOVE THE GRITS!! nice waitress.

Its truly refreshing to come across hospitality professionals that’s main goal is to take care of their customers and may I say job well done. Good recommendation! This is a 24 hour restaurant. They have a lot of good selections to choose from and the service was excellent (Teaonna) was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. The food was great and was served in an excellent time manner. If you’re looking for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. I’d definitely recommend give them a Go!
Quick note: They serve grits and it’s a really decent portion, for those looking for them (no extra cost as a substitute side item).

I ordered a fried egg over easy and it was very undercooked and raw. I could not eat it. It was mucousy and I did tell the server but she did not do anything about it. She was polite, friendly and efficient though. It seemed like she did not know what to do when I told her the egg was undercooked and raw. The pancakes were too thick and they only put the blueberries on the top pancake on the stack. The omelette was just ok. We did not enjoy our meals very much, but we were just hungry after arriving into town. We were disappointed.

The waiter was friendly and the food was alright. I don’t recommend the potatoes though. Somehow they had the consistency of bread. They didn’t look or taste right. They also need to update the seating the booth seating pad was ripped pretty good which made sitting on it hurt a bit. Give this place a shot or don’t, it’s entirely up to you.

The food was bad all the way around. The waitress was good. Beef tips eggs and hash browns. Dry tips, eggs not cooked the way I asked and hash browns was over cooked as if they steamed it almost mashed potatoes. I’ve eaten there before and it was on point but this time was bad bad bad.

My experience at IHOP near NASA Houston was quite enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. While they don’t offer halal options, I was pleasantly surprised by their commitment to catering to various dietary preferences with new Impossible plant-based options. The innovative plant-based choices added a delightful twist to the menu. A big shoutout to the accommodating staff for their excellent service. If you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying brunch spot worth a visit!
