Complete disregard for our order..We ordered a $15+ churrasco and got 4 teeny strips of meat. We ordered the half all white and got one breast, one drumstick which is dark and cheaper. This is not the first time this location has screwed us over. Once I ordered ahead for pickup, and after waiting an hour in line they didn’t have the sides or dessert that I paid for and could only substitute them for a soda…no refunds. I emailed Customer Care and nobody reached out.

I made the mistake of ordering from this location last night. It was like eating cardboard. The chicken was dry and hard as wood. The rice was crunchy and the beans there were actual uncooked black beans mixed in with the cooked ones. I have never in my life experienced such a deplorable experience as I did. Gerson the manager on the afternoon shift, is more than amazing. Customer service is his thing. My order was wrong and he saw to it that it was fixed personally by him. This place is really going downhill… the price is NOT worth the portions that they are giving… I ordered some cheesy Yuca bites and for 5 dollars they gave me the tiniest things ever that barely had cheese… I ordered a vegetarian tropical and it was mostly rice… no real care or consideration for the toppings… for the same price or less, I rather go to Chipotle and have a feast… or to Las Vegas or Black Beans Cafe for authentic fresh food… this place is not worth it.

My problem is i ordered a chicken salad wrap, a regular chicken cesar salad, a side of beans, and a bottle of water. Simple.
At the window they thought it was just a quesadilla wrap and after correcting them they spoke among themselves to fix it,
but still gave me the quesadilla and water they charged me for, but now added a small box of salad on the side instead of beans.
aparently they didn’t put the beans or chicken ceasar salad in the order. I mentioned it and the window person asked for my card again, im assuming to charge me for the other missing items. NOPE.
a minute later she gave me a small thing of plantains.
I understand if its a buisy day, but how am i speaking clear english and you fail to listen twice.
Are you ok!? In what world does me repeating my entire order twice sound like ” side of plantains”.
I didn’t go for a refund because there is no point in dealing with incompetent people like that.
Please hire people who actually listen or care. Its bad for the business.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Pollo Tropical on 441 and Hollywood Boulevard thanks to Ms. Jessy. She was extremely pleasant and patient, taking her time to make sure everything was right. What stood out most was her genuine smile—she greeted and helped every customer with the same kindness and positivity. It’s rare to see that level of consistent, cheerful service, and it truly made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Ms. Jessy, for going above and beyond!

This location is usually a 4 stars even during peak hours, but today was below poor. Came to the counter, waited patiently for 15 minutes in the front and no acknowledgement or assistance from anyone. Guests here for pick-up were serviced meanwhile, the same employee that was at the front before I came and now assisting the pick-up guests didnt even made eye contact with me. My concern is not with the wait but rather how no cared that a customer was waiting to place an order.

Went to the Hollywood location to try the shrimp bowl,waited almost 20 mins for the order which the Young man said will take 5 mins.
Never got avocado which I paid extra for although it is displayed in the bowl. Also ordered fried yuca and was given yuca bites.

The shrimp was very dry and tasteless. The beans was salty.
As you can see from the picture the presentation of the food is much different.
