Monday night is a great night to go for dinner. Even though it was basically empty we did show up at shift change and had a five min wait but the quiet dinner experience was awesome and the food was amazing.

A party of 2 waited 20 minutes to be seated, which is fine. They were busy. But then we waited over 30 minutes to even meet our server. The HOSTESS had to come check if our server had greeted us. She had not. We NEVER SAW OUR SERVER. Never spoke a word to her. Never even knew who they were supposed to be! People who were seated AFTER us got appetizers and ENTRÉES before us. We left. 0/10 experience.

Absolutely DISGUSTING experience. Tables were sticky like they hadn’t been wiped down all day. Food came out nasty, cold, and clearly rushed—zero effort. Portions were EMBARRASSING for the price, and the quality didn’t even come close to justifying what we paid. Service was off the entire time, like nobody cared we were even there. Even the kids said Applebee’s OVERLY PLAYED with the food quality and “ew,” which says a LOT. This place has seriously fallen off. Not filling, not enjoyable, not worth it at all. We left DISAPPOINTED and still hungry. Will not be back.

Was on first date last night and I can not explain in words the level of awfulness we encountered. Firstly, my date is a 13yr combat veteran from the Afghanistan war and needed to be seated not around other ppl plus facing the door. Ironically this was in a closed section. We explained all this in detail to hostess and was assured that we were going to be taken care of. Unfortunately, we waited to be greeted for over 20min. After awhile we were looking around to see if anyone was coming our way. The only thing observed was other servers in a ear shot talking shit about us and job while providing eye rolls, laughs and gestures. Very uncomfortable! We stopped a worker, TJ(whom should actually be running that store!!) and asked to see a manager. She came up and tried to explain that they just had a christmas party in house and servers were mad at her due to the fact islt was done while they were on the clock and others weren’t. After hearing this I completely understood why the staff was upset. Although it doesn’t excuse behavior. In the end it was information that we could care less about. We just wanted to get to know each other more while enjoying food. Not a once did this manager give us a reason to stay besides justifications and rationalization. We waited 10 more minutes then walked out. As we were walking out this manager was following us out the door louding calling out in middle of restaurant… “ma’am, ma’am.” I stopped and told her that they need to get their team together. She said they had similar report last night. Applebee’s, do better!!!!

Haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in over a year and now I remember why. Upon entering I needed to use bathroom. This is the condition of the men’s room. If we weren’t traveling and knew the area better I would have turned around and left. When did Applebees standards come this low. What does the kitchen look like? Our server Dinah was great that’s the only reason for the second star.

Ordered on uber eats. And noticed a roach egg in my food. Even with evidence I cannot get a refund. I’ve eaten from here before with no issues but I will not be eating from here again. I’m disgusted.

I had not been to Applebees in years. However, everything was hot and food was good for the price. Service was amazing. The salmon, macaroni, and boneless wings were definitely good.

Today my and I ate there between 3-4pm. Service was awesome and so was the food. We haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in over 3 year’s. It was nice to see a refresh menu and atmosphere. Will come again.

I really wish I could leave zero stars. The restaurant smells stale and old upon entry. The seats at the booths are filthy. Apparently the servers wipes the tables and dumps all of the food and crumbs onto the seats. Flies buzzing around all the windows, we had to be moved twice to avoid flies in my food. Ordered the OM Cheeseburger. Apparently they missed the memo about the cheese. The burger was over cooked and stuck to the skillet. I asked for additional queso and was brought out a very small cup of queso that I was charged additional for. The staff at the bar were loudly discussing how they only prefer regular customers. I was never asked about a refill. The waitress asked how our food was and after I expressed to her my concerns, she responds “yes we were just talking about how there was not enough cheese.” Yet you still brought it out and presented it to your customer. The male manager was supposedly notified about the issue but never came out to make an attempt at rectifying the situation. Absolutely horrible experience

The young lady chevon that waited on us was sooo good and professional and treated my family, like family. She gave us great recommendations for food and drinks and desserts. I hadn’t been to Applebee’s to sit down and eat in over 13 years so come back here and receive this kind of welcome, felt great. The food was really good. We all enjoyed ourselves and will be back. It was clean and not crowded at all.
