Was in the area for the Hearse Fest, so since I’ve never been to Hell, I had to go. Obviously since this is the only food establishment here, there isn’t much choice but to choose this place for the nostalgia. They had a Jeep event going and probably 40+ bikers this Saturday. Total chaos was going on. Did find a table inside to share to two other parties. Had to wipe the table down ourselves because they were so busy. The menu is decent, not huge. The wrap I got was very good, as was my girlfriend’s casadila. Just wish they did fries instead of chips without an upcharge. Decent experience, given the situation.

Placed used to be super rowdy – heard that’s not the case anymore. Stopped by during lunch hours midweek so wasn’t very busy. Half sandwich special was a good amount of food if you’re not super hungry. French dip was ok, the horseradish sauce was tasty. House made chips were really good. Turkey Ruben was delicious. Cobb salad was pretty big portion and they didn’t charge us for extra dressing. Decent selection of tap beer. Waitress had an attitude but everything came out quick so we were in & out. Biggest concern is that the sauce was served in styrofoam – soooo many toxic chemicals

The food itself is quite bland, although most food such as the waffle fries and bread are clearly homemade and quite nice in texture. Outside of the food, this location has a great ambiance and wonderful servers. The inside does appear to lack A/C (at least, it wasn’t on when I went), but it is a very comfortable atmosphere with a lottery checker and jukebox machine.

Its the best place in town, food was great and priced right. Fresh fish, and homemade Pasties. Its busy till 6pm, then thinner afterwords. Go early and have Desert before dinner. We will save a seat for you.

It was an inexpensive fun little day trip to Hell and back…. Lol … The food at saloon was amazing and the ice cream next door was great too… My son and I really enjoyed it and looking forward to visiting again soon….

If going to hell means I get to eat here for eternity then I will not repent! I had the buffalo chicken wrap, the broomsticks and a half a Reuben it was all excellent. Cool view of the river and a live band was setting up before we had to regretfully leave. Awesome spot I’ll be back!

We love it here…Hellacious Cuban. Get it The absolute BEST sandwich ever. Go see Lindsey at the bar she’s cool. Have put in bike runs with this place as a stop and it’s a Regular hangout lunch spot for us but a cool getaway if you want to take a drive – it’s worth it. Cold beer good food great staff.
