First time visiting. It was pretty packed but everything was quick. Was sat in 10 minutes. We got our drinks and food really quickly. Fajitas were mouthwatering. Friendly service and quick on the refills even though it was full. The atmosphere is pretty loud so expect that but satisfied on my first visit.

My family and I ate here for the first time the other night. The food and service were impressive. It is definitely on our list of go to restaurants for Mexican food and margaritas! Our server made us feel at home.

Was told this was ‘trashy Mexican food’, turned out to be pretty good! Service was amazing!

Came here for the first time last Friday to celebrate my birthday. Food was delicious. Service was fast. Margaritas were strong. They sang me happy birthday and brought a free dessert (and I got to wear the mariachi hat for the remainder of the night)! Such a great experience.

Tony’s has that classic, comforting Tex-Mex vibe — the kind of place you go when you want good portions, friendly service, and food that doesn’t try too hard but still hits the spot. The chips and salsa come out fast, and the salsa has a nice kick without being too spicy. Their enchiladas and fajitas are the standout items: the seasoning is solid, portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and fresh.
Service is usually quick and warm, and the staff checks in often without hovering. Prices are fair for the amount of food you get, and the atmosphere is casual, family-friendly, and relaxed. It’s not “fancy” Mexican cuisine — it’s exactly what you expect from a classic neighborhood Tex-Mex spot: reliable, tasty, and easy to enjoy.
Be sure to try the piña colada it’s so good!

Decent neighborhood Mexican Food restaurant. Came for an adult family member birthday. Parking is small and street parking can take awhile. They do have valet for tips. Bring cash for them. Wait time was over 30 minutes. It was very busy and noisy. We were seated at a table and close to the next table. Could barely have a conversation with my family. Food was good and typical of similar restaurants.

“This was my first visit, and I loved it! The quesadillas, chips, and guacamole were fantastic — such a fun little restaurant and a perfect way to spend a Sunday.”

Tony’s is my favorite Tex Mex place in the Houston area. The queso is great and the prices are very fair.
The Tony’s combo or the street tacos are my go to options. The taqueria sauce is amazing as well and spicy! They also make great margaritas and micheladas.
There’s plenty of space for larger parties and they have a live band out front on the weekends.

The food and service were great. We came here after another restaurant told us the wait would be over an hour. Here we were seated very quickly. The margaritas were strong, and the fajitas were great. The only fluke was I ordered guacamole as an appetizer…it was really a lot of guac but not a lot of seasoning. The atmosphere was pretty loud between the people and the tvs. All you can do is eat because you probably have to yell to hear each other. On a weekday, I imagine it might be calmer. Overall, a great restaurant!
