Very good visit to the Cracker Barrel. Lots of items to look thru in the store front. The breakfast was really good this morning. Our waitress was very friendly and never let our cups get empty. One draw back was the biscuits seemed to have gotten smaller. They were complimentary, so I guess it’s no big deal, but I prefer them bigger.

I can tell that that since the Cracker Barrel fiasco, they have really tried to bring back that southern charm that has come to define them. They have brought back old favorites and given us some new ones as well. I tried the “breakfast burger” today and was not disappointed. It’s huge, and it’s messy, so be forewarned. You’re going to need extra napkins. But it’s delicious. The decor in this particular one is very nostalgic and cozy feeling, and service was on par with any other decent restaurant. Welcome back to the fold, Cracker Barrel.

I had a wonderful experience at the Cracker Barrel in Kernersville. This was my first experience here and was not disappointed. Walked inside the merch store and was at awe with the range of items. (I need that Atari) The candy, shirts and everything else gave it that good ol country feel. I was thanked by the Manager Tia. And I received excellent service from Abby and Amy as my greeter and server. Food was excellent. My Chicken was so tender it melted. Will make this a common stop for me

Loved this location. Waitress was so polite and other staff helped her take care of us. We got everything we asked for. The food was pretty good, good temp, not burned or anything. I love the shop outside of the restaurant. I didn’t plan on buying anything but definitely did.

The Thanksgiving Feast I ordered online was delicious, easy to heat and serve. The prices are extremely reasonable. Curbside service is also quick and friendly. I am so grateful to Cracker Barrel for making my Thanksgiving dinner stress free and amazing. Christmas dinner will be next on my menu.

I want to start by recognizing Morgan R., who was absolutely wonderful. This review does not reflect on her in any way. She provided exceptional service—kept our drinks full, ensured our food arrived promptly, and was more than happy to accommodate every request. She truly deserves recognition for how attentive and pleasant she was throughout our visit.
Unfortunately, the issue came with the food. I ordered the Chicken Dippers with mac and cheese and fries—a simple, “safe” choice. After eating two pieces of the chicken, I noticed something seemed off. The taste was unusual and the smell was slightly unpleasant, though I couldn’t immediately pinpoint why. Since I was already full and had my sides to eat, I chose not to say anything at the time.
In hindsight, I should have spoken up. Within five hours of the meal, I became very ill and can only reasonably assume the chicken was the cause.
I’m sharing this experience not to place blame, but to highlight the importance of stronger food quality checks before meals reach the table. I’ve never had an issue at a Cracker Barrel before, which made this experience especially surprising and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps prevent something similar from happening in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Cracker Barrel! Our server, Celeste, was incredible, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down.
The food arrived piping hot and fresh, exactly as you’d hope for. What really stood out, though, was the overall teamwork; every server in the area was impeccable, helping each other out and ensuring the dining room ran smoothly. It’s rare to see such a high level of service across the board. I will definitely be back soon!

We love visiting this cracker barrel when we come to our daughters for a visit. The wait staff was helpful with all questions. We love Jackie we always try to get her section. The retail side is always my favorite. I would have one of everything of most things if I was rich. All are very informative and super helpful. We love the welcoming feeling we always get.
