I had an amazing experience at Hong Kong Buffet! The food was delicious with so many fresh options to choose from, and everything was well-stocked. The prices were very affordable, especially for the variety you get. The service was excellent too—the staff were friendly, quick, and made sure everything stayed clean and organized.

My son went up and got a plate of chicken on a stick and bread. He ate most of it with the exception of some of the chicken a stick. When he went to get more of the same, I grabbed his old plate and found a long hair on the chicken. I thought maybe it fell in it somehow. Well, this picture is his second plate and he found the hair as soon as he picked it up to eat it.
2 plates in a row of the same food isn’t just an unavoidable accident.
I pointed it out to the server and she could have cared less. My son refused to eat anymore and we still had to pay full price.

The only reason why I’m giving this a one star for the food is because I recently just had food poisoning and I know for a fact it was something at Hong Kong because I waited all day to enjoy a nice lunch/dinner out with my best friend and we go here every Wednesday however I tried oysters for the first time and I think that they were definitely spoiled. I’m very hesitant to return due to this fact, it’s been a long 10 hour recovery.

Food was good. Good variety. Everything we tried we enjoyed. Hand dipped ice cream was a bonus (ps use the soup cups, they’re bigger). Crab rangoons was a bit disappointing. Way too crunchy of edges. I wish there were steamed buns. The bar is a bit off putting. Very cool koi pond in front. I wish there was an option for a fish food quarter machine to feed them. Seating was very worn and needs replaced. A lot of taped up booths. The layout of the buffet was a bit odd, made it seem like you have to go down a line instead of jump around to what you want. Bathroom was dirty, and a stall was out of order.

This is me and my best friends favorite buffet in town. Their food is consistent. My whole family will even come here they have all varieties of food even for picky eaters. I’ve yet to try the hibachi but different members of my family love it. Anyone who comes to visit me in toledo definitely knows we will be coming here. Unless it’s a tuesday Bonus points because the music is always a vibe too!

Wonderful large variety of Asian specialties. Many shrimp dishes to sample and frozen dairy dessert is yummy! Egg rolls and spring rolls. Several types of soup and beverages come with the meal prices and discounts for Sr citizens.

While I’m not a big fan of buffets in general, I like this place. We ate too much. There was a good choice of seafood. The buffet has a wide variety of meats, noodles, sushi, hibachi, and desserts. Saki and various alcohol beverages are also available. The wait staff and management were courteous and properly groomed (tidy). There is also a nice private room for groups that can be reserved in advance. We arrived before the crowd and we were finishing up just as they began to arrive. Be sure to stop and see the koi pond at the entrance!
Update: I had lunch there again today and it was still just as good and clean as before. This time I finished off with dessert (see photo). I don’t know how they did it but this was the lightest areas and fluffiest little piece of sweetness I’ve had in a very long time. Not too sweet, just right. I wish I could duplicate this at home.

So this is probably gonna be your go to when it comes to cheap Chinese food buffet style I have not tried anything on the menu. It use to be my mas favorite place to go to before she passed when we wanted a lot of food for a good price. I like that they surve sake and Sapporo. It is family friendly and I love the fish pond when you walk in. Can’t say I highly recommend this place but if you can eat a lot it’s worth giving it a shot

I called at 3:00 and was told they are serving lunch until 3:30. I drove the 15 minutes to get to the restaurant and arrived before it was 3:30. However, at that time I was told it was the dinner price and that they don’t consider the time you arrive when considering what price you will pay. I asked why no one told me that when I called to ask about lunch vs dinner prices. Ultimately they honored the lunch price they had quoted me when I called, and I appreciated that.
