I live close by and would come this location all the time, spent good money there. The staff at this location are incredibly rude and lazy. I ordered $58 worth of items on a Tuesday around 630pm…they weren’t busy nor was I in a hurry or rude about the wait, my mother wanted some onions and politely asked if she could add them on the order. After waiting awhile she went inside and the staff were bad mouthing us without realizing she was there. I will never come to this location again. I cannot believe the behavior they allow or condone withing their restaurant.

There were so many sketchy people in the parking lot, I drove thru. I had 2 young kids in the car who had questions. But the drive thru gal was very nice and put the cones in cups so the kids could focus on the meal in the car.

Ordered 2 blizzards, one being an Oreo blizzard. Didn’t know till I got home it was mint, so I called to report it, talk to a gentleman and went back. The young gal that was servicing look like she was just crying. Hope a dumb mistake didn’t cause this. Anyways have a good day.

One of the worst Dairy Queen’s around. Staff is always rude and seems rushed and annoyed. Place seems pretty run down as well. Ordered all of us cones, and this is what we received, ended up going to the other Dairy Queen nearby on evergreen/99, with a much better experience!

There was a hair in my blizzard, I called someone who wasn’t even a manager picked up the phone and when I told her there was a hair she said “seriously” YES, SERIOUSLY. there was a darkish blonde brown hair in the blizzard, she said a manager wasn’t there which is weird why is a manager not always on the floor to run the shift, anyways. I call later A HOSTILE lady manager picked up the phone saying the associate “told me everything” and explicitly called me a liar. Yall might wanna get her on up outta there because they better be glad I didn’t come back in there, I went ahead and called corporate instead of coming back because then I would’ve been going to jail.

Food was decent but DQ is what you’d expect. Prefer it over mcdonalds usually. Girlfriend went in and apparently got some attitude from the server for struggling with her in app order so I won’t be back to that location unless its my only option. I’ve worked fast food before and it can be crappy but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude to people who are just trying to get their food.

My girlfriend was pumped to get fast food and a blizzard. I don’t want to complain, but I would expect a more tasty burger than what we received, especially after my man assured us of its DQ quality. Both of our burgers tasted dry and had been sitting around. I don’t believe they were, but that’s my point. $36.00 at the window and welcome back to the NW.

Not the fault of the employees at the location, and I appreciate they were able to get me a cake. But still disappointing. It states online give 24 hour notice for any cakes, I gave a week’s notice. When I went in there to do the pickup, they didn’t have the cake I’d ask for and hadn’t heard of online ordering… Ok scary.
It’s too bad when the online corporate doesn’t help out the franchise local
But again the employee that was there made sure to find me a cake close to what I was looking for, just minus the customization that I wanted.
It will still taste the same!

The food tasted fresh, tenders were crispy and warm the burgers as well, the blizzard was filled to the brim and had lots of toppings. I have purchased cakes in the past super tasty over all I’ve had a great experience with them.
