I ordered a #1 meal and this is the Big Mac I received. The quality was disappointing and definitely not what I expected. I called the store and the manager was helpful and offered to replace the meal, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience still ended up ruining my afternoon. I hope the store can improve consistency moving forward

Do not eat here. Waited over 20 minutes for an eat in breakfast order. Sandwiches came ice cold. We asked them to remake and got a slop sandwich handed back to us. The bun was soaked with uncooked egg. Horrible experience.

Drove through the drive thru for one of my family members. Ordered one sandwich. Told me to proceed to parking spot 3 due to them cooking it “fresh”. Waited 15 minutes until I had enough and went inside. I asked about what was happening, and got no response. Around 5 minutes later, they started making it. Why weren’t they making it 20 minutes ago when I ordered it? I am now visibly frustrated and now I am getting annoyed with the staff. I sit there for another 10 minutes. It is finally ready. 30 minutes for a freakin’ sandwich? Do better. All for it to be mediocre anyway. What a shame.

Ordered via mobile app. Waited 15 minutes for my single order of 10 nuggets, fries, and coke. They never brought it out, so I went in and stood at the counter another 7 minutes but no one came over to assist. I tried to cancel on the app at this point but app said it was to late to cancel. I couldn’t wait any longer as it would’ve made me late for work, so I left. Tried calling twice to ask for refund but no one answered the call.

Stopped in for a quick sundae on way to resort. The guy working had 4 girls waiting at counter. I had to ask them yo move to get my sundae and they barely moved. He didnt give spoon ot napkins and seemed more attentive to the scantily dressed girls who were taking over the whole counter area. Never had a counter experience so rude at any mcdonalds ever.

Extremely Disappointed, This location has Unreliable Management and Terrible Service.
This was honestly the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The food we received was cold, and both the smell and the taste were off. I tried calling the store right away, but no one answered, so I reached out to customer service.
Someone from the store eventually contacted me and told me she couldn’t issue a refund, but she would email me a gift card instead. A few days passed with nothing. When I called again, she said the process was “more steps than she thought” and promised to call me back.
Two weeks later, still nothing. I called again today, she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. In my opinion, the manager was completely unreliable and did not follow through on anything she said. Between the bad food and the lack of honesty or accountability from the management, I would never return to this location.

Fries are always not full in the container. Barely warm. Ordered a large fry and it was smaller than medium.

Other food is fine.

Came inside with our kids for two “Happy Meals”. Over 20 minutes wait! Please work on expediting food; way too long.

Ordered a kid hamburger, plain nothing on it. Receipt looks correct but burger is incorrect with everything on it. Please pay attention to detail!

When ordering through drive-through they always send you to a waiting parking spot. Today they lost her order and waited over 30 minutes for just a hamburger and medium fry. So incompetent.

Went to the drive thru. Nobody answered. Drove around a couple times. Nobody answered. Walked inside. Ignored by all the workers. It’s currently 5:10 and I’m still waiting inside with nobody asking what I need.

I’ve ordered twice from here. Once I did a pick up , went to pick it up and waited 30 mins for them to say it never was on their system. They did not care to ask me if i needed help, i had to ask where my order was. The second time was today i made a pickup as well and i used my rewards points to redeem a cheese burger. There was no cheese on the burger.

***update*** This location is still a joke. When Bonnie the store manager was here, this location was amazing. Awilda the manager does not represent the McDonald’s brand at all. Her poor customer service and attitude towards customers is ridiculous. Our son’s fries from his happy meal had like 6 fries in the box. With attitude she went and got another box and told us with attitude that the fries are weighed and the kids get 1 once of fries. I tried to ask her if they take into account the weight of the box and also if we could have our other missing items. She started arguing and I told her I wanted the gm’s name and that just further pissed her off. I went home and took pictures of what we were served and to show there was no fries fell out to the bottom of the happy meal. I also weighed the box and the fries.

This place has gone down hill over the years. Lobby was dirty, employees including mangers ignored the counter, several customers just standing there waiting to be helped. I stood at the counter for ten minutes before an employee asked what I was waiting for. I told him I was picking up my mobile order that said ready 15 minutes before that. Female Spanish manager just kept joking around with an employee and seemed annoyed that we were standing at the counter. She kept her back to us the whole time and just ignored us. No ice in the lobby drink machines. Fries were the only thing fresh but were loaded with salt. Burgers had no cheese and nuggets were hard
