We always love Chick-fil-A, and it was our first time visiting this location. The food was perfect, and the service was excellent as we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A! We had 4 chicken strip meals and love the flavors and the freshness of it all. The waffle fries are always a hit as well. We will be back!

This is quite literally the 2nd bad review I’ve had to leave for this location because the service is just awful every single time. No greeting in the mobile drive through; just all of the workers staring at me like this isn’t a restaurant I just placed an order at. Sitting for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Biscuit comes out burnt after waiting. And this is the closest location to me and I usually go out of my way to go to the one at Woodlawn Square in Marietta by my job because the food is better and the service is significantly better. This location is so inconsistent. I’m so sick of coming here and wasting my money

We were close to 10 motorcycle riders that walked in with our wet rain gear, boots, helmets etc looking for food (dint know it was closing time). They were so welcoming and severed us food with a smile, gave us everything that me needed extra like water, condiments extra sauces and not a single sigh from them even when they were about to close. The manager or the owner had a little conversation with us at the end and knowing about our journey ahead he gave all of us cookies. This is what chic fil a is all about, feeding not only the tummy but the soul. You guys rock!

Yay! Updating as of July 23rd. They’ve FINALLY opened up both lanes for the drive thru which makes it so much easier to get in and out.
I increased my ratings since they added back in. Leaving the pre-July 23rd below if anyone is interested.

**Reduced stars due to owner posting pics of entres to hide all the photos of how empty the mobile only line is**
This place was hard enough to get through before they did construction, yet they’ve seemed to made it worse. I go there a lot because it’s the closest to me, but now that they’ve added “mobile” only lane I probably won’t go very often. My guess is that they’re trying to reduce staffing by making customers do the job that the staff normally does taking orders. It’s sad.
Food was consistent, and I did like the staff. Disappointed in the “remodel”. You can see a typical trip in the pics below. The mobile lane has very few cars ever and the drive thru is always backed up causing traffic issues for people trying to turn. It’s a complete nightmare and major disappointment.
If I could have it my way, they would bring back the pimento cheese sandwich and please stop giving me a drink carrier for two drinks. Seems like such a waste of cardboard, plus doesn’t travel well.

Always a great stop with our friends. Alex runs a very clean and friendly restaurant. The staff is as courteous as any place you can find. Great job raising these kids with the ethics and work standard that they have. Be back soon.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chick fil a sandwich and fries. I was eating the fries in the car on the way home and got a mouthful of hair. I turned around and returned the food to the store. I gave them the hair and told them that the hairs (black & gray) were in the fries. They offered me replacement fries but I declined saying that I didn’t want to eat any more hair. It was disgusting.

My husband and I come to this Chick-fil-A almost every other day and we are so sick of them asking us if we want to keep the drink carrier or not.. It feels very unprofessional, especially when I’m spending $30 on food and then you try to cheap out on a drink carrier. Such an awkward question.
