If you haven’t heard of Chick-fil-A, you might be living under a rock. It’s one of the most popular fast-food chains in the United States, known for keeping its menu consistent across locations. This particular Chick-fil-A is no different—nothing that makes it stand out in an extraordinary way, but nothing terrible either.
The main downside here is the wait times and the occasional order mix-up, especially with pickup orders. A couple of times, my order was wrong, but to their credit, they made it right by issuing app credits or replacements.
On the positive side, the restaurant is spotless, the staff is friendly, and even the owner is approachable and kind if you ever get the chance to meet him. For those on keto or with dietary restrictions, Chick-fil-A actually does a good job providing options—grilled nuggets are a solid choice, and many sandwiches can be ordered as lettuce wraps.
At the end of the day, Chick-fil-A food is delicious, and if you haven’t tried it yet, you really should. Just be prepared for a possible wait and the rare mix-up on pickup orders.

had to take a moment to recognize Everet at Chick-fil-A on Brown Bridge Road in Covington, Georgia. From the second he greeted me, I could tell he genuinely cares about what he does. He is, without a doubt, one of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered in customer service.

Everett has absolutely incredible communication skills. He listens, makes eye contact, speaks clearly, and makes you feel like you truly matter — not just like you’re another order in line. The effort he puts into his job is noticeable. It’s not forced or scripted; it’s natural, warm, and authentic.

What really stands out is how he completely elevated my entire experience. With just one single visit, Everett alone made my Chick-fil-A experience a 10/10. That kind of impact is rare. His positivity, professionalism, and genuine kindness create such a welcoming atmosphere.

Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but Everett takes it to another level. If you visit this location and he’s there, you’re guaranteed to leave with a smile. Absolute top-tier customer service.

I had a really bad experience here today. I did curbside pickup for a strawberry milkshake with no whipped cream or cherry. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to finally bring my order out and when they did it was wrong.

I went inside to get it fixed and had to wait a long time just to speak to someone. When I finally talked to the cashier she did not apologize and honestly seemed like she did not care at all. A few minutes later I got the milkshake back and all they did was scrape the whipped cream off instead of remaking it. That is unacceptable so I threw it away.

I was not expecting free food. I just wanted my order fixed calmly and correctly. Normally Chick fil A has great customer service but this location clearly did not care. Because of this experience I will not be coming back!

So this review is not about Chick-fil-A’s food but more so about the service/staff at the window.
First I want to say the young man (blonde hair didn’t get his name) who took our order in drive thru was excellent he embodies Chick-fil-A s culture when it comes to customer service and friendliness. I came in the drive through around 6:20pm on Black Friday and mind you it’s 41° . We ordered food and my mother ordered a coffee. The young man in the drive thru set the expectation and said they might not have any made but if they have to make some it will be a few extra minutes I accepted that explanation. There are approx 4-5 cars ahead of me when I get to pick up my order the first thing the girl says is, “um did you want something else because we don’t have any coffee” I said the young man already informed me you would have to make some. In my mind I’m thinking. You saw the order on the screen and that it had been paid for so why didn’t they start the coffee then (too much like right I guess) so she goes to consult the inside staff asking if they were going to make the coffee or not. The female looked but finally said they’ll make some but it will be 5-10 minutes and asked me to park. Mind you they handed me all of my other food. After over 10minutes we had to walk in and ask for the coffee it was ready went back to my car they brought it out!
Lately Chick-fil-A hasn’t impressed me like they used to.

This probably one of the worst Chick-fil-A’s I’ve ever been to as far as it comes to appreciating customers the food is average. The drinks aren’t really mixed that well compared to others and they do no special events for customers like free breakfast or anything for example everybody did something to celebrate Chick-fil-A’s 20th anniversary this place does nothing. Everybody has free breakfast every Tuesday for a month. This place is nothing. It seems the operator is a penny pincher.

The passive aggressiveness I experienced from the older white woman that works the interior of the restaurant was uncalled for. The order I received from the drive thru was incorrect and I realized it after I got home. This location continuously gives out incorrect orders, even when ordering thru the mobile app. The customer service I received today when attempting to get my order correct left a lot to be desired. This particular associate also needs to be taught how to address adults. I sent a complaint to corporate.

I don’t remember the young guys name but he worked in drive through on 2/12/26 around 8:30 pm I believe his name was emmanuel or emaniu something like that. He was super sweet and welcoming. He was hilarious and made sure we were taken care of. 100/10

I ordered a SINGLE frosted coffee through the app for curbside pickup. I am still sitting here waiting in curbside pickup while about 30 people have zipped through the drive through. Several other people with actual food orders have come into the curbside pickup and picked up their orders and left. This is ridiculous and far from the service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

*Edit: after waiting about 15 minutes, I go inside and they can’t find my order. Apparently, because I only ordered a drink, it doesn’t show up in their system for curbside. So, had I never gone in would I have never gotten my order? Their software needs an update. Please provide a way to cancel orders in the app. If I have been sitting waiting for a drink for an excessive amount of time, their should be a way for me to just cancel the order all together. This is unacceptable. If you don’t want people to order drinks for curbside pickup, don’t allow it.

yet another horrible experience at this chick-fil-a. I sat in line to order for 10 minutes by the time i got to the window they said they couldn’t find my order and to check and see if it got refunded. So instead of asking me to reorder my food they just let me drive off, 10 minutes wasted just like that. I also have multiple bad customer service experiences when doing carryout orders. For context, this chickfila keeps ready carryout orders behind the counter, so when you go to pick up you either have to yell for someone or someone should approach and ask who your picking up for. The ladder never happens. None of the employees ever greet when you come to pick up, you literally have to wait till your noticed or yell for your order. BTW i never have any of these issues at any other chickfila. Most of the employees here are also high schoolers/young adults so the issue obviously stems from leadership not staying on top of their employees. To fix this issue they should hire new managers/supervisors and also train their employees to have manners. lol its sad that i even have to complain about manners at a chick fil a.

Friday January 30th, 8:12am, not really sure what’s up this morning but WOW, this is NOT Chick-fil-A . The black lady working the counter is extremely rude and snappy , maybe having a bad day, not sure but DANG !!!! The workers have no leadership present and if there is a manager present , they must be sleeping or deaf . Maybe someone didn’t schedule enough workers, idk. This is the worst I’ve ever experienced here . I didn’t dare ask for any jelly. You know crap is going down hill when Chick-fil-A is getting bad reviews.
