Experience was great! Fresh food made! No complaints over! We didn’t want lunch! We came in at 10:33am! I’ve never known of a Wendy’s to give there leftover breakfast to the homeless! Thank you! Not letting food go to waste!

normally don’t complain, but this experience was unbelievable. My order was wrong not once, not twice, but three separate times. I had to go back through the drive-thru over and over because they couldn’t get something as simple as my meal correct.
By the third time, I wasn’t even surprised anymore — just exhausted and frustrated. The staff didn’t apologize, didn’t care, and acted like I was the one being inconvenient for asking for what I PAID for.
If you value accuracy, time, or basic customer service, stay far away from this Wendy’s. I will never return.

This Wendy’s is nearby school and I like to eat here sometimes before class. My favorite things about this location is the food here is always hot and fresh. My only complaint is the daytime staff here were rude, and very slow on numerous occasions. (They left me waiting to order my food for a long time and they had an empty restaurant, and drive through.)

On our way to our friend’s place, my wife was hungry, so we decided to quickly stop at Wendy’s drive-through. We ordered Chicken Nuggets, and within no time, our order was delivered to us in the next window. The nuggets were hot and tasty, and they satisfied my wife’s hunger and craving.

The reason for my 1 star review is they have no soap in their bathroom. This means people are handling food with unwashed hands…. Gloves or not, I’m sure that’s some sort of food and safety code violation. Reheat your food to lower contamination before eating from here or don’t order here at all.

The morning crew is amazing, food was hot and fresh, entire store was super clean. The staff were all friendly, and well presented. I wish the Wendy’s where I live was this quick, clean and friendly. When I drive through Tampa area again I will go out of my way to visit this store again. Keep up the quality!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if you hate your job, get a different job!!! Horrible attitude from the person taking orders through the drive through on 9/25 around 9:30 pm! Completely gave me the wrong thing, even though it was clear on the screen. Poor attitude once I got to the window. Makes sense why so many Wendy’s are closing if that’s the caliber of employee that works there!

Not only was the entirety of my order incorrect but I had split the chicken sandwhich I did receive and when I took a bite I realized it was completely raw on one side. The other half was also slightly pink but less noticeable but Jesus Christ it’s was bright pink! How no one could have temperature checked a chicken item is beyond me. If I had to guess, they pulled a frozen cutlet straight out the deep freezer dropped it into the fryer for two minutes and slapped it on a bun. I work in food service and this is literally the biggest way to make someone extremely sick. I had to make myself throw up right after I ate to limit the chances of food poisoning but I don’t think I’ll be able avoid it at this point. Im reporting straight to corporate, because at this rate they will kill someone.

I usually eat here often and always had hot food. But today I was disappointed. The customer service from all staff was outstanding. Except for the grill cook kept looking at me. Because I kept looking at my burger. I was gone talk too the manager before I posted this. I am a lead cook supervisor. I KNOW FOOD; I just dumped it all and left. Damn what A waste of money and I’m still hungry.
