This is the absolute worse mcdonalds in the area. Employees are rude. Not attentive to the counter. Loud and arguing with customers in the lobby. You have to order from the kiosk. No one pays attention to the counter. The kiosk you get a tent number and most of the time it doesnt give you a receipt. Employees call out order number instead of tent number. Food sits on counter getting cold. Go check if its my order. It is… but no drinks… have to yell at Employees to get attention… to be asked what we ordered… like didnt you get the order. Pass on this one if you can. Its been horrible for years and will never change

Placed a mobile order for a meal with a diet Dr. Pepper. Get there to pick it up in the drive through. Waited almost 25 minutes in the line AFTER I had already reached the speaker to give my code. They had no diet Dr. Pepper or anything diet. Burger looks like someone stepped on it. Terrible location. Manager refused to give a refund.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now- on and off. I’ve gotta give mad props to Tiffany. She’s always been such a joy, super interactive, kind, & personable – and what makes me come back! She makes sure I have everything I need! She’s truly an asset and this location definitely couldn’t strive without her kind soul.

We are never “those” people that complain. We waited 45 minutes for our food. They skipped our order. Which happens I understand. None of the employees acted like they knew what they were doing. And every one was really rude. I asked politely several times for our cups and sauce. And the employees rolled their eyes and walked off. The food was absolutely horrible. And our order was wrong. Definitely needs some work!

Do you like waiting 30-40 minutes in line? Getting your food cold or missing 3 items from your order, or maybe just missing full patties from your burger with just a slab of ice cold chesse. Well if so this place is perfect for you. I have gone here a few different times since its close to my work and every time is the same. Maybe its because only kids work here or the training is just bad, but it never changes. Its every time. They need new management or new employees. Dont go here. Spend a extra 15 to go to the other one its better than waiting 40 minutes just to be missing half your oder.

My goodness. 11:30 on a Saturday, chaos. One group had been waiting for 35 min for their food. I ordered a Diet Coke. After ten minutes of waiting I just left. Their soda machines were apparently broken in the lobby so I had to wait on someone behind the counter. Manager was doing a great job of talking without jumping in to help their staff whatsoever. Maybe it was just an off day but man, that manager doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Very poor experience. Half of it is my fault!!! But there are other factors so….. I walk into the restaurant and I noticed that the Register was down. And there are only probably 4 employees max in the restaurant.(Typical for a Sunday)
Which means I have to use the kiosk (I don’t typically have good experiences with this.) I order a value menu of 10Pc nuggets and large fries and a drink. ($11 sheesh)I arrived home (6 minutes) to find my fries stale and cold, clearly sitting out for a while. Opening my nuggets, I realized the sauces were completely incorrect. Now I’m left with cold fries and nuggets without any sauce.Now here comes the part that’s nobody’s fault but mine…
My drink spills on the table and while I’m gathering everything off the table before it gets wet my nuggets fall off the table as well. Leaving me with very little to eat and at a loss of $11.
So yes I’m clumsy but still what was already a bad experience, got worse when I got home. I hope I have a much better experience next time I come through this McDonald’s if ever.

The staff was very friendly, but we did a mobile order and they weren’t able to bring it out so we still had to get in the drive thru which was very slow. Then, they forgot to give us straws, but we noticed and asked for them. They forgot to give us the kids drinks, so I had to go back inside to ask for them. The lady inside was so nice and got us the kids drinks, but then when we got home we realized they forgot the kids apples. That was just a lot of mistakes for one order.

Crappy service, guy in there was deleting orders before they were even made then acted like he didn’t know what happened. Was taking food out of bags that had already been made to order and putting them in other bags. If you’re waiting in the lobby you will ignored unless you speak up.
