Went in on a Sunday evening and couldn’t have asked for better food or service. I have many fond memories at this Dennys with my late husband and more recently with my kids and bestie. I went this time with myself. Thank you for making my night great. This had to be the best medium rare steak I’ve ever had!

It’s Denny’s. Good familiar food, easy to order, for the most part it is consistent. This location in particular is DIRTY the booth we sat in was gross. The tabletop and actual seat weren’t too bad, but the walls of the booth definitely have never been wiped down. This is the second time I noticed this, so it can’t be just a one time incedent. This store needs some major deep cleaning. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.
Moons over My Hammy is a classic good sandwich, sometimes they don’t grill it too well but when they do it is melty deliciousness.
Pancake puppies are so sweet like a donut with icing, and the nachos are good too. Pancakes are ok, but a little elasticy. The waffle has changed so much and doesn’t seem worth it anymore, but I know that’s on Denny’s co not the franchise.
The server was all right. Had to get up for napkins and I had to get up for hot sauce, but she wasn’t rude and we did get hot food.
There is one particular server who is super nice, personable and attentive. I should just request her section but I forgot her name.
Hopefully this is read and the booth is clean when I visit again.

I have to give credit where credit is due, and these were the best pancakes I’ve had a long time. with that said, the service is another story. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were seated quickly. Our order was taken quickly also. The facility was clean. The 2.99/ 5.99 slam is dead. The new 10.00 slam has moved into it’s place. But it’s the same familiar meal. However, There were 3 people working the floor, 4 tables occupied, and no one came back to check on us for refills or to offer the check. But the pancakes were great

My first time coming to the Colton location, and we had Mariam as our waitress. Her customer service was above and beyond. We had a big group yesterday morning, and she accommodated us very well. She is the best waitress! In this day and age, when most workers don’t seem to care, she was very friendly, funny, attentive, and FAST. She is a treasure for Denny’s.

I attempted to order the one-piece country fried steak and eggs from the value menu. The server, Zulema, presented it as a choice between a “breakfast” or “dinner” version. I chose what I was told was the “breakfast” option, believing it was still part of the value menu.It later turned out these are actually two completely different menu items, not simply breakfast versus dinner versions, and this was never explained. I was also not informed there was a $9 price difference.I only discovered the higher charge after I had already finished my meal and went to the pay counter. Had this been explained properly, I would have ordered differently.Clear, accurate communication about menu items and pricing is basic customer service and should not be left for customers to discover after the fact.

Love coming here for breakfast, have been for years now. Mariam and the rest of the staff are attentive and friendly. Food is always hot and has that classic Denny’s taste. 5 stars!

I have been coming to this Dennys location (1190 S Mt. Vernon Colton CA) for several years… While the food is pretty good, it’s the service and attention I get from my amazing server Mariam!!! I know my food will always be hot and the order exactly as I requested it. I have 3 other Denny’s closer to me but I will always come to this one because of her. If you want a server with dedication to gret service, funny and genuinely concerned about you each time you visit as for Mariam’s area if possible and you won’t be disappointed! Tell’em Kyle said so!!!
