My first time in a Buga Ramen, the positives were the food was excellent, very tasty and a decent sized potion. I think it was incredibly good value and I would definitely recommend it to friends. The decor is lively, it brightens up the day, the robot delivering food is fun. The small negatives are that we don’t like ordering via an app, we prefer a person serving us, I know it’s becoming more common these days but I would like a choice. It wouldn’t stop me returning though. The other negative is that there was no toilet roll in the ladies and no hand towels in the men’s.
Overall I enjoyed my experience here.

We had the chicken gyoza and spicy fried chicken to share to start – both amazing flavours and cooked to perfection. For mains I had the chicken spicy broth ramen (one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe) and my boyfriend had the teriyaki noodles with chicken which came with a side of miso soup and salad. Everything was so tasty and fresh and really fast service too! Can’t fault this restaurant is was a 10/10 experience! Thank you so much

Food was great. The service was good but they must have been short of staff. It’s hard to get their attentions when you wanted to order more things.
But we enjoyed our food so much. Not the Orange ball dessert. It was very bland. Apart from that, it was delicious. I’ve got the number 5 spiciness but it wasn’t super spicy. It was perfect for me. I do love hot and spicy food as a Malaysian person. Just be patient with the staff. They are good people.

We ordered one entrée to share and two mains. The first dish arrived after around 30 minutes, then only one main was served. The second main came about 10 minutes later, meaning one of us had to wait while the other ate.
The fried chicken was disappointing — around 20% chicken and mostly batter.
Service didn’t help the experience. The waitresses seemed unhappy and uninterested in engaging. We had to wait a long time just to get their attention to order drinks.
The only reason we chose this place was that most Spanish tapas restaurants in downtown Seville were closed on 1 January. Unfortunately, overall it wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

The restaurant was soo good. The decoration is awesome. I ordered teriyaki ramen and fried spicy chicken. Ramen was okey but the chicken was delicious. We did not have a reservation. Just waited about 10 minutes. A robot also works. The workers were kind. If you are interested in animes you will love there.

Food took ages to come and the starters came after the main meals, we received one meal ages before the rest of us we where a table of 4.
When the food did come they told me that what i wanted was not in stock and when trying to order again it took ages to order.
They need more staff only saw 2 people working.

Delicious ramen with bold flavor, accurate spice levels, Japanese vegetables, great appetizers and drinks. They have multiple vegetarian options and I was thrilled to have the choice. The service is very automated: you order via a QR code, robots deliver the food, and it’s challenging to change orders or resolve issues. All ramens come with an egg, even though that’s not listed on the menu, so if you’re vegan, make sure you double-check with staff first.

We came here for lunch during our visit to Sevilla. Food and service were great. My kids loved the robot bring the food from the kitchen to the tables.

We were struggling to find a spot that was not tapas for dinner. Glad that we came here despite our doubts. The staff were friendly and the ramen was really good! I would recommend the duck shoyu ramen and the chashu ramen. They even have a wise variety of mochi you should try. As an asian person, this is a life saver.
