Placed order using the app as I usually do. Get to the location and check in. Screen shows I checked in (but other notifications disappeared)! Patiently waited for about 10minutes, I see a couple ppl come after me and leave. Press button again to confirm they received my order. Was told yes. Waits about 10 more minutes sees 3 more vehicles come after me and leave. Let’s them know I am STILL waiting. At this point was told it will be right out. Entire order comes out ice cold. Sends it back. Reminds worker to make sure they read my receipt as they tend to get my order wrong. New order LITERALLY comes back out less than 5 minutes. Fries were hot and burgers seemed warm (just from touch). Opened both burgers, only to see they BOTH were horrible. Had 4 slices of cheese just thrown on and NOT melted. One had at nothing but pickles when I SPECIFICALLY said NO pickles. Needless to say, I immediately called back to speak to a manager (male) to address the issues. Was asked to come right back, but declined as I was aggravated at this point, and felt waiting til the next day would be better. Now I go back the next day and speak to a female manager (did not get her name) who was great and offered to remake the ENTIRE order. And to make the issue right. Left a semi satisfied customer thanks to her.
I made a mobile order online before I came to this location. When I arrived I went through the drive through, which didn’t work, and was waved to the front window. I had two different employees ask me what I was there for, and I told them I had a mobile order and my name. A third employee asked me if I had a R44 sweet tea, I told him no. I had a mobile order in my name.
They finally brought me my drinks after an unnecessarily long wait. One drink was a strange brown muddy color and tasted like pure syrup, the other was a R44 sweet tea. Neither of which I ordered. $10 and 20 minutes I can never get back.
