I know most restaurants miss the mark on birria unless they’re authentic Mexican, but these were next level awful. Firstly, I ordered 4 á la cart tacos for carryout but only got one birria sauce. I came back inside and told them and one of the girls initially tried telling me it was because I didn’t order the meal option. Ummm, so if 4 people each order order one taco only one of them get the birria sauce? They got me the sauces and we went to go eat them before my son’s tournament down the street. The tacos had no cilantro, we were given no limes, almost no queso fresca and the birria consomme was just super watery oil runoff. You can see in the bottom of the container it’s literally just the dirty water they drained off a stock pot, not actually a birria consomme. They were soggy and nasty, neither of us could eat more than a few bites of one and my son and I tossed them. Waste of money and food. Not worth your money or mine.

Our server’s name was Krystal Very friendly very knowledgeable of the menu and our food was delicious My husband was raving about the beans and rice. Stopped in for my daughters birthday dinner she wanted Mexican food and this did not disappoint, food was delicious there was 6 of us and all the food came out at the same time wait time wasn’t long at all maybe 10-15 mins everyone was excited about there ice also lol they have the good ice . My daughter was given fried ice cream for a birthday dessert with extra sprinkles just how she likes service was amazing clean, bright atmosphere several tvs would be a great place too go for football season will plan on going back 10/10

Sat outside on the covered patio with my bride…fast service cold drinks..salsa came 1 hot 1 mild…which is nice because she prefers mild and I prefer hot…I ordered chicken fajita which was cooked perfect with just the right amount of seasoning. She ordered Mexicali burrito. Mine was excellent, she said she liked hers also.

Great food and a fun place to have dinner! The service was great considering after we got there it got way busy! Our waitress was fantastic, food was fantastic and hands down the margaritas were absolutely amazing prices were great and allowed for either just what you ordered OR you could get the full on meal. Overall we were pleased with everything!

Last night, we decided to eat at Poblano’s Tex Mex Grill & Cantino in Frankenmuth, Michigan. What a wonderful surprise the evening became! The restaurant sits on a side street a couple of blocks off of the main street that runs north to south through Frankenmuth. When we opened the door a nice, pleasant aroma of Tex Mex foods filled the air. The restaurant’s decore is a lightweight industrial look. For a Sunday evening the restaurant was steadily busy. There were customers still entering shan we left about 8:00 p.m.
We were promptly seated. The wait staff brought us menus and took our drink orders. Then, came the most pleasant surprise! Chips and salsa! Oh my! The salsa!! It had the perfect spice/heat (a low-medium) and a wonderful consistency.
It as not runny nor chunky. Just perfect like a Tex Mex table salsa should be. You could scoop it and it stayed on the chip. The salsa would be enough of a draw to go to Poblano’s for drinks with the chips and salsa for a snack!
The food was played visually appealingly. The food potions were substantial. I had the beef enchiladas with queso. We all took home about half of our meals. It was a pleasant atmosphere, excellent wait staff, and delightful dishes! The best compliment I can give is this: “We will be back!”

Wife and I, and occasionally the kids, absolutely love this place since they opened. It has become our favorite place and we come here often now and have not had a bad experience yet. Atmosphere is great with a “Day of the Dead” feel, the food is mind-melting, they have soooo many different margarita flavors and you can get flights of 4 and we have not had one flavor that wasn’t amazing, and lastly, the service has always been perfect with the waitresses being super friendly and joking with us and very knowledgeable. I just can’t say enough good things about this place and we’re constantly taking new people here when we have friends or family in town.

Food was decent. My enchiladas weren’t the best I’ve had but good. Boyfriend loved this burrito and the child loved his chicken strips and French fries. They have outside seating and the whole place is beautiful. Smallish but really great atmosphere!

First time at this establishment. The food was good. I think it depends on your selection for how you would rate this place. Birra tacos were good but the street tacos were plain.
The atmosphere indoor and outdoor was great. The biggest area needing improvement would be service.
Attended a slow and non busy lunch day. Took a bit to get the initial order in. The food did come out decently quick. Eventually had to walk up to the bar to get the check. For a slow time, I would of expected better customer service and friendly staff.

the place just opened and the floors were filthy. sticky in the main floor. we then went into the sunroom section and wasn’t as sticky but you could see all the food and trash all over both sections of flooring. but the food was great!
