Just a heads up! This Outback was clean! The service was 11/10. The food came out so fast! I loved my server Nick! So sweet! Great hair! Even lovelier service. I just don’t like outback steak respectfully! I do love the shrimp. Since I didn’t like my order the manager Graig came out and apologized! I didn’t like the steak and he still took care of me and gave up a free dessert! I am so happy to see there are still establishments that care about making their customers happy. I wasn’t expecting his generosity and I’m grateful I stopped in today.

We had a great early dinner here yesterday. The food was fantastic. We haven’t been to an Outback for many years, and this was far better than I ever remember the experience being. My Delmonico steak was cooked perfectly, and the sides were very good. My husband also enjoyed his meal very much. Our server, Marisa, was excellent; very friendly and professional and attentive. This location is very clean and well appointed. It was a bit loud, but it was also very crowded – at 5:00! That did not affect the service. All our food came out in a timely manner. We put our name on the waitlist, and were glad we did. Soon after we arrived the line became quite long. Definitely go earlier on a Saturday, and/or utilize the waitlist. We will definitely return again.

We were just there last weekend. We were seated at 5:30pm, our server’s name was Robin Clare. We promptly ordered drinks and appetizer. We then put in our entrees. We had to wait for a full 45 minutes for the entrees to appear!! The asparagus were cold! Ribs sauce was too sweet! We then ordered a dessert and coffee. A server went by our table with a full tray of dishes but didn’t stop. We called out to him saying that cake looked like our dessert but he said no and went away. Five minutes, he came back and placed the same dessert on our table. The ice cream had melted around the cake! Coffee still had not come but we couldn’t wait for the ice cream to melt even more so we started eating. After we had finished the cake, Robin Clare brought the coffee with creamer, no sugar! We told her that the coffee should have come with the dessert. She gave an outburst that she ‘did her best’ and walked away with a sour face!! Another 5 minutes went by before sugar came! I told her that her outburst was not appropriate and that customers were always right. We decided that was our last time going there!

Ordered takeout and it was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Everything hit the spot perfectly. Exactly what a single mom needs when the kids are hungry and patience is low. Bellies full, attitudes improved, mom survived. 10 out of 10!! Definitely appreciated and will order again.

Be very careful when paying your bill. We were given the incorrect kiosk, I paid the check without looking at the details. When the server brought a paid copy of the check to me he also had the detail. i looked at it and told him that it was not our check. The manager on duty came over and told us that he would credit the original check and cancel the one that we paid. After we paid our check I was told that he was having an issue cancelling the check and that he would work on it. Approx. 2 weeks later he we able to cancel the check and my account was credited. Yesterday i was notified by my bank that Outback disputed the refund saying that there was no proof that we were not responsible for the check and debited our account in the amount of the check that wasn’t ours. Obviously, they have NO TRUST in the manager on duty. I ended up paying $170.00 for a $75.00 dinner. I will never eat at this establishment again.

The food and service was excellent, thank you! There was a small hiccup with my husband’s rare ribeye being a little too fatty for his liking, but our server was accommodating in waiving his meal in light of the steak he didn’t eat, and everything else was wonderful for our group. I enjoyed my medium filet, and it was nice finding out that a dessert I’ve enjoyed at Outback plenty of times in the past, is infact a gluten-free option that my allergen sensitive family members can partake in enjoying ♡ (Chocolate thunder from down under brownie a la mode). Highly recommend! The mozzarella boomerangs are a must try too.

Great food! Steak was perfect. The server didn’t clear a single dish or glass though which was odd. Maybe it was just a fluke I don’t know. Loved the food though!!

Hadn’t been to Outback for a long time, and this one in Montgomeryville PA had moved since my last visit. New location is nice, and they have an efficient service system. Bloomin’ Onion was smaller than I remember, but they had a special on that made it free, so no complaints…we couldn’t finish it anyway. Had a great dinner with family.
