We were really hungry after checking into the hotel. Upon walking in, we were seated. At first we thought service was good, but went down hill. Waitress took our drink orders and promptly brought them back. Unfortunately, service changed due to their computer system down.
The impact made us wait much longer for our food. In fact when we were served, the food was barely warm. My meat was chewy and had grissle. Plus it was too salty.
The restaurant was very cool inside, as I heard the manager tell other customers about the temperature in the restaurant, he said one half was 80 degrees and the other side we were on was 70 degrees.
Well, no wonder food was cold.
Food prices weren’t too bad.., will I go again to this one? Unlikely…

My family and I stopped for a quick dinner before getting back to Fort Lauderdale. This is place is very clean, nice service, very cozy, and the food was amazing. Our server treated us very well and the selection of pastries was huge. Glad we found this place before driving back home on a saturday night.

Honestly a really great location with excellent staff. I just wish they wouldn’t run a skeleton crew on a Saturday night; they sure did a great job, but i feel bad for how few people there were to take care of a dining room and a half full of guests! The burger and pie deal rules and all three parts of that meal were very tasty. I will come back for this deal again, I’m sure of it.

Always a pleasure at a Perkins! Fresh baked muffins pies and cookies! Today the special was cheeseburger fries and a slice of pie for 9.99$
What made my day was watching the manager walk an elderlywomen out to her car and spend a moment chatting.
My waitress was Kristina…. she a hustler! Table clean friendly and personable!
Restaurant is clean including the restroom.
Food was hot and the menu offers breakfast lunch and dinner.
Overall extremely happy with my choice my privilege of dining at the Ft. Myers Perkins!

I recently dined at Perkins and was greeted warmly . I received fast service and the staff did everything they could to make sure my dining experience was pleasurable without being intrusive. The staff was amazing!
The food was delicious and a great value!
While I was there, I witnessed the staff assisting a handicapped person. The staff was very careful and thoughtful about making accommodations for the individual.
I have also witnessed the staff making accommodations for large parties and likewise they quickly made arrangements to comfortably seat the larger than usual group.
When you check out, there is a large display case showing all their wonderful and tempting baked goods. Wow! hard to resist!

Very good food-my grandma got the 55+ meal classic egg with bacon hashbrowns, and a muffin and I got the chicken strips dinner meal with two sides of fries and I got a Diet Coke. Everything was very good!

It could’ve been better we came in and we told them and they said they would be right with us and we waited about six minutes and I went up there again and then they said have you been helped and I said no and the lady has been stuck at the register . She was free for three minutes. She could’ve barely sent us down but now she just sat there but other than that, the service was pretty good we enjoyed everything. It was a nice breakfast/lunch spot!

Had a great experience at Perkins Restaurant on South Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I had a hamburger along with cake and coffee, and everything was delicious. Our waiter, Jen, and the manager, Michael, did a great job and were very friendly and attentive. I will be back!

Our waitress was wonderful. The person who took our drink order and brought our drinks was so rude. Almost the whole time we were eating (we were close to the cashier) she lean on the counter and complained that she had to help others and bad mouthing our waitress loud enough to be heard by anyone around. I expressed to the manager when we were paying our bill that it was unprofessional and rude for her to be around customer bad mouthing other workers to him. He never said anything or acted like he even heard a word I said. Horrible workers and usually lead by horrible managers

I had a disappointing experience with the food quality. The frying oil clearly tasted old and overused, which affected the flavor of the entire dish. When oil isn’t changed regularly, it leaves a burnt, stale aftertaste that overpowers the food. I hope management pays closer attention to oil rotation and freshness because it directly impacts the overall dining experience. Shout out to our waitress Alethea she was the best!
