This is unacceptable, when your coffee has about 2 tablespoons of COFFEE GROUNDS in it, to get a mouth full of that when your trying not to swallow it all, it was one thing the girl at the drive thru talked to fast and you could not understand a word she said to get to the drive thru to get your food and the 2 girls goofing off pushing each other around, guess that why employees are not paying attention to there JOB! Will never return !! 100% unacceptable!

Do not go here I repeat do not go here. The food they serve is actually disgusting. See attached video. Please served me a quarter pounder where the bun was actually so hard. It was un edible. The meat tasted spoiled. It was absolutely disgusting. The people in the drive-through window were rude uninterested in their job. The drive-through window was completely covered in filth. It was so disgusting. It doesn’t look like anyone has washed that window in 25 years. Do yourself a favor and drive onto the next McDonald’s. They need to take some good stock and how they train their people and how they prepare. Their food is absolutely disgusting and if it wouldn’t have been out of my way, I would’ve drove back and throw this hamburger through their window. That’s how hard it was. It would’ve broke their window. My dog couldn’t even chew it.

Called into the manager for resolution and they hardly breathed out an “I’m sorry.” I’d be concerned with it happening to more customers. How many more customers are boldly shorted a nugget, a few fries, or even the sterile validity of a sandwich out here!?
While they offered to remake the burger if I came back asap that’s just more time and money lost by me to amend a frankly ridiculous circumstance. Also feed your workers lest the go on strike.

I gave this four stars. The food has always been excellent and the people that worked there wonderful. I gave it four stars because it says they opened at 5 AM. I go there at 6:15 in the morning and pull up to the drive-through and they said we’re closed and this has happened numerous times on the weekend.

I went mcdonalds Thursday night and purchased a holiday pie and they give me a pie from 9 am. At 11 pm at night. I get to the resturant to request a replacement withOn Thursday night, I visited McDonald’s and purchased a holiday pie, which I later discovered was prepared at 9 AM, despite my purchase being made at 11 PM. Upon returning to the restaurant with my receipt to request a replacement, the manager informed me that the boxed pie was required. I then ordered a new pie, which also appeared to be stale. The manager subsequently expressed frustration regarding preparing a fresh pie, leading to an 18-minute wait. Following this, she instructed an employee to box an unfinished pie, which was then presented to me in an unsatisfactory manner at the drive-thru window. My experience with this manager was exceptionally challenging. Consequently, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. a receipt and the manager says I need the boxed pie. I ordered a new pie and that pie was also old and then she became frustrated with baking a fresh pie and so I waited 18 minutes and then she rushed one of her employees to box the pie which was undone and forced it in my face when I drove back around the drive thru window. This manager is very difficult to deal with. I wont be purchasing meals from here ever.

If they don’t have me waiting too long for my order they’re getting it wrong and so many staff members are rude. Tonight marked the last time I’m ever going here as they hit all 3 marks- waited as 5 cars behind me get their meals (I ordered a mcchicken and a mcchicken meal deal nothing special), the person at the 2nd window and the one who brought the food were rude and the order was wrong.

12/24 knocked on the door no answer ….went to drive thru they said go back to the door. No answer …. Then a employee got them to answer and still let the door shut on me to wear I had to cancel the order

The crew is great, but lots of the machines break, so they lack certain staple menu items, like a frappe. Probably the ice cream machine down, a classic McDonald’s staple. I always come here when it’s not busy, so my order gets done within 5 minutes, so overall the service is great. I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem, and my food is always correct. I don’t expect five star restaurant service from McDonald’s employees, I saw some reviews where they said the servers were rude, but to be honest who wouldn’t be at like $10 an hour working at McDonald’s. I just say please and thank you and that’s all there is to it. Again, review would be five stars if certain food items were on the menu

I ordered online, when I arrived at the store the lady was rude on the speaker. She was talking fast and her voice was muffled so I couldn’t understand her. After determining that I have an on-line order, the fish was old as hell, the cheese was old and hard and for $7 per sandwich, this is unacceptable. I had already it home and was too cold outside to take it back.
