The not so perfect life
Food was definitely worth it but they forgot to pack the serving utensils and ran out of pepperoni for our supreme pizza..Other than that everything was amazing and That Strawberry poozkie was so amazing

I ordered takeout for a family member from BJ’s with a quoted ready by time of 7:20, about 30mins. I come to curbside, do the whole alert process, I go inside twice to notify the waitstaff that I was there, I didn’t end up leaving the restaurant until almost 1.5 hours later, around 8:45pm. The FOH staff said that they had sent the order to the kitchen twice over, and not only did we not get what we ordered (fries instead of the baked potato, and I just chalked up the extra whipped cream for the cookie), the food was hastily thrown in the box. The manager did refund the order and give me 2 $20 gift cards for my sister and I. This is only my second time visiting this location personally and I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon. The manager and FOH staff woman I spoke with were very nice and polite considering the circumstances. At least the quesadilla is hot.

I took my mom here for her birthday; we had an excellent experience!
Our waiter, Mr. Johnson, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
We ordered the Avocado Egg Rolls for an app, and the Prime Rib special for our entrees.
The food was outstanding! The prime rib was so flavorful and cooked to perfection, with a delicious peppercorn seasoning crushing the ribs.
The Egg rolls were equally delicious, well seasoned; light, airy, crunchy shell with a creamy avo filling, paired with a zesty dipping sauce.
We finished up with dessert; triple chocolate piezookie and the salted caramel.and they sent the birthday girl home with an extra dessert on the house.
The staff was great, the atmosphere is fun, and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend!

The service we experienced this evening was atrocious. The server, Noah, was inattentive and seemed inexperienced. We were seated at 7:40pm, Noah came to take our drink order at 7:45pm (by this time we knew what appetizer, meal and drinks we wanted). We then sat there for 25 minutes until our first items arrived – our entrees. While we sat waiting for the appetizer, thinking it would come out first, we watched our drinks sit on the bar for 20 minutes. We were given them AFTER our entree was dropped off. At that point we asked where the appetizer was, Noah said he would “check on it” didnt seem like it had been placed at all. We then sat there and finished our entrees (we both ordered the jambalaya – mine had zero shrimp) after the entrees were done we finally recieved our appetizer. 10 minutes later I asked to see a manager (mind you we tried to motion to another manager to come to our table, he refused to make eye contact and steered clear of us) the manager didnt seem too concerned or surprised about the complaint. She offered to take our appetizer off the bill. 5 minutes went by and I asked the hostess to find someone to bring our check. 10 minutes later our absentee waiter brought the check. This service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a BJ’s. What was suppose to be a celebration dinner just turned into a frustrating night.

Malik was amazing from the start of my meal to the end! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very attentive, and he even asked if there was a certain way I wanted my steak cooked, which was nice because most people don’t ask. He gave a really good drink suggestion which I did enjoy. I will definitely be going back and asking for Malik.

My other half and I went out to BJ’s just because it was finally Friday. We got sat quickly for how busy the restaurant appeared at dinner time. Our waiter was Sasha and he was amazing! His attentiveness exceeded expectations. Drink glasses never reached empty, the appetizer of cheese sticks arrived hot and tasted delicious. My other half’s steak was cooked to perfection and the potatoes hot and steaming. My favorite thing on the menu was the Sweet Pig pizza. I was sad to see it removed, but we tried our best to assemble a comparable duplicate. I look forward to the leftovers. We even got the newest pazookie, the butterfinger one, to eat for later and our growler filled with root beer! YAAAASSSS! So excited!!
The only thing we all learned is to not use the app Upside to pay. It was an experiment that did NOT go well, but now we all know to only use it for gas and groceries not restaurants. Thank you for your incredible patience as we all learned together and making sure that the whole bill got paid and Sasha got his tip. Excellent restaurant experience and we’ll be back.

We stopped in for lunch it was a bit of a wait to get seated and served – they were short staffed. The food was good and the menu exceptionally broad. They had several vegetarian options. I have the bowl and my friend the burger. Both were good. We weren’t drinking at lunch but there were a crazy amount of beers on tap!

I had an amazing experience thanks to my waiter, Sasha. From the moment I sat down, his service was outstanding, attentive without being overbearing, quick to help, and incredibly professional. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and friendly he was; he made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. Sasha anticipated my needs, gave great recommendations, and made the whole dining experience even better. Service like his truly makes a difference, and I’ll definitely be back because of him. Highly recommend!

The chicken appetizer was very good. The salmon came out fast. The salmon was hot but unseasoned and the cold rice was terrible and the cold broccoli was overcooked. It got microwaved and returned. Oh, the sweet tea was NOT sweet . The server was excellent and the manager was apologetic. Maybe next time.
