Part of a travel tour from the US and just wanted a burger and to be WARM. Spotted this place and wandered in.

Very centrally located. Great drink options – fairly good food and service. We went right before or right when they opened so it wasn’t as busy. Food took a while, but it was good. Fairly priced. Worth a visit if you want some burger and Canadian style steakhouse options.

This restaurant left us with mixed feelings. On one hand, it’s a cozy and inviting place with a warm atmosphere and a nicely arranged interior — seemingly ideal for a relaxed, enjoyable dinner. On the other hand, organizational issues and service shortcomings noticeably affected the overall experience.
We ordered the Rinderfilet, rib-eye steak, and French fries. The fries were genuinely delicious — crispy, fresh, lightly seasoned, and served at the perfect temperature. The steak looked very appetizing: beautifully presented, with a perfect sear on the edges. The first few bites, especially from the outer part, were delightful — tender meat, rich flavor, and a great balance of textures.
Unfortunately, that initial enjoyment didn’t last. As we continued to eat, the meat became increasingly tough and flavorless, turning the dish into a disappointment. It honestly felt like we were eating two completely different steaks on the same plate.
A major downside was the lack of sufficient staff. Guests who were waiting for a table or to be helped were gathering right next to our table, and at times there were more than ten people standing just a step away from us. This made it hard to enjoy the meal, as the constant presence of waiting guests felt invasive and distracting — more like sitting in a hallway than in a proper dining area.
The total bill was €65.
This restaurant clearly has potential — the food can be excellent — but it currently lacks attention to detail, especially in terms of service and consistency in food quality. We expected more, and unfortunately, left with less than we had hoped for.

It is a nice restaurant with a good menu. The location directly on the Neumarkt is first class, which you can also see at the prices. For the quality of the food maybe a bit too high. The staff was friendly, the service fast and professional. In general a good dinner for an ok price

It is a Great restaurant with a great selection of delicious dishes. And of course a very competent staff.

price is pretty steep but service was amazing, waiter constantly checked on us on the food and our experience and helped us to do an 8 way bill split. would recommend for the vibes and food was p good. sorry didn’t get the waiter’s name but I hope he sees this! thank you, made our trip better than it already was! We ordered the Husky Punsch, which was especially delicious—moderately sweet with well-balanced spices. We also had the Rumpsteak 200g and Ofenkartoffel. I expected the Ofenkartoffel to be crispy baked potatoes, but they seemed more like boiled ones. However, the dish was very filling, and I couldn’t even try dessert as planned.
My friend chose the Auf Zederholz gebratenes Lachsfilet, which was tasty as well, but the portion size was not very satisfying for her.
When we arrived, there were no free tables, so we had to take a walk and come back later. However, the service was quite friendly and pleasant.

Great variety of steaks, alkohol drinks, etc. Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere inside the restaurant. Seats available although most of the tables were under reservations. Friendly and helpful staff. Good place to visit with family or going with friends
