I want to update this review as I still am having good service even when they mess up the order. Had a very late night working, husband stopped by to get some food at 1am however when he brought the food back home the order was wrong. He went out to get it corrected, special shout out to Sierra who helped get the order corrected and even let us keep the messed up order (wasn’t expected but always nice to know food doesn’t go to waste). I am still very pleased with this location!
I want to know why this is the ONLY restaurant I have found since moving to Winter Haven that is not only clean but has amazing fresh food. Arby’s needs to come here and get a lesson on what clean oil is. We opted to get two 10$ boxes however you can eat for 10$ for two and get a decent meal. The employees were very friendly, I was looking at the menu and they asked if I wanted to order or would be using the kiosk in a quick amount of time from me standing there. My food was exactly how I ordered it no mistakes even my refried beans were added on the order. If I could give 10 stars I would. Come here for a quick bite you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered a #5 Mexican Pizza with 2 Taco Supremes. First, the tacos were not supreme. No problem, mistakes happen, came back and got the Supremes. Start eating the Mexican Pizza. It had an awful taste to it. I get this all the time and I know what it’s supposed to taste like. It tasted like perhaps the shell was old and like bad oil. Took it back, got a refund. Then took a swig of my Pepsi and it had like no syrup. Like beige seltzer water. By this time I was done with this place. 25.00 at Taco bell for 2 people and it was awful.

Do not eat here. It’s terrible. I mean it. If you want Taco Bell, go somewhere else. Twice I’ve eaten here, and the first time they got my order wrong, and the second time, it’s better to go out of the way just so someone could care about what you actually order or when you’re door-dashing your food. DoorDash from somewhere else, just not this one.

Quick spot when we lived out here. Drive-thru was usually fast, food came out hot, and they always got my order right. Nothing crazy, but solid for late-night runs.

Love this location! They’re always super nice and helpful. Even when there’s a wait, it’s worth it. I always need modifications to my cantina chicken bowl and they’re always so happy to help and it’s always perfect.

Employees do not respect the privacy of others at this location. I brought my laptop with me, and an employee “pretending” to be cleaning tables came over to mine, leaned forward, past my laptop screen, looked at it, for no particular reason, and then pretended to be cleaning a couple of tables past mine before going back into the kitchen. Except all of the tables in the dining room were already clean, and it was obvious what this employee was doing. She wasn’t cleaning tables. She was being intrusive and disrespectful. Like I wouldn’t notice. Yet they are supposed to be making fast food. Not spying on customers. So the good thing about Taco Bell corporate is that they require their franchisees to print a survey code on each receipt for leaving feedback, and fortunately I do have that receipt… Now that I look at the other reviews I wonder if it’s any coincidence they have so many other one star reviews… apparently I am not the only one that thinks they are not doing things right.

Would give no stars if I could. I love Taco Bell but they are so damn cheap when it comes to the meat. I always pay up to 9 dollars extra for extra meat and cheese and this is what I get every time. It’s so annoying and makes me just want to throw the food in their face and ask them if they make their own food like this. Completely pathetic
