Me, my wife, and our three kids stopped in on our way back from Mars Hill to grab a quick dinner. We went inside and my kids ran off to the playplace while I worked on our order at the kiosk. The manager came over and told me that their system was down and that it would be approximately 15 minutes before it came back up so we would have to wait or go somewhere else. He offered us drinks and I asked if it’d be okay if I ordered food from somewhere else and brought it over since my kids were enjoying the playground. The manager had no problem with that at all but a couple minutes later came over to where we were sitting and offered to take our order on paper and go ahead and fix us something while the system was down. We got our food quickly and ate. When we went back to pay before we left, he said that we had been “wonderful” and declined to take our money. I know this wasn’t a typical McDonald’s experience but it was super awesome for us and we appreciate the manager and the staff so much for taking care of our family. Really brings into picture the “reason for the season.”. Thank you.

If you enjoy sodas with the right amount of syrup and carbonation you’d better bring your own. The fountain drinks here are always terrible.
Come after 6am and the self service kiosks will probably be functional.
Trays are reserved for very special guests.

Other than cleanliness, this place is great. This location is still a normal McDonald’s, not the bland prison style that is taking over. Inside, you can still fix your own drink and there is a huge play place for kids. I stop here often for breakfast when passing through for work and the food is always fresh.

The people are nice which is great. My sausage McMuffin had eggshell in it and my mocha frappe wasn’t blended enough, had huge chunks of ice in it so couldn’t drink about half of it it was breakfast I’m sure they were busy.

We went through the drive thru and they were very busy. However, our order was correct. The sausage, egg and cheese bagel and apple pie were freshly made. It was a good experience.

Overall we love coming here every time we go to visit the grandparents! Please please please never get rid of the playplace the food is mcdonalds of course so its ok. The workers obviously work their butts off too and you could tell they were spread a little thin but we will continue coming back here every time for that playplace!

We came late at night and our food was STILL correctly prepared. Nothing missing nothing lacking. The staff were excellently polite. The facilities were very well kept and clean. The play place was orderly and FUN! Despite being packed and busy everyone was calm, inviting, and alert. Efficiency and etiquette go hand in hand at this establishment. I will be back and I very highly recommend stopping in anytime!

Sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes just to get to the end to be told the one item of my order they couldn’t give me and they didn’t even offer me a refund. I will never come back here ever again.

This place is horrible and the food is stale and nasty and the employees are gross and don’t wash their hands after wiping their nose. I watched this personally. Then it took 35 minutes for me to get my food waiting in the drive through and 20 people get their food but I still didn’t. Then I have to go in and get attitude and no offer of a refund or anything to make up for my 30 minute wait. Worse experience ever and why I don’t eat fast food. Only reason I stopped in was to get my employees food and it’s costing me a car sale at my business. That’s $1,000s of dollars I’ve lost over a $10 cheese burger. On tops of all this the fries were cold and the food disgusting. Being that busy you would think it would be fresh but nope. Choose Wendy’s or Burger King near by for better food and experience.

Took my kids here a few days before Thanksgiving 2025. Was having a great time until an older female employee with dyed red hair started being incredibly rude to customers. All of the tables at the store had followed the same protocol, order, get a tent with a number, place it on their table and wait for their food to be brought out. The issue started after we had gotten our food, when the older female employee came in to the play area looking very annoyed, found the table with the proper numbered tent and then proceeded to basically throw the tray down and say in an incredibly rude tone “I called your number FOUR times!” and then walked off. I was taken aback because I have always assumed that if they give you a numbered tent that they automatically bring you your food and you don’t have to stand up front waiting for your “number to be called”. There is no way anyone would hear their number called while inside the play area in the first place and I personally prefer to supervise my children and that other parents do so as well, instead of standing out waiting for their number to be called. Then it happened again with the same employee and a table with a few women. This became a bit more of an issue because the women at the table were, rightfully, upset about being treated rudely. I had ordered an additional drink for myself and knew that this employee was likely to say the same thing to me so I waited by the door so that I could see her and just meet her there since she clearly was having a big issue with having to bring food out to people. She said something similar to me in which I mentioned what I had above regarding the fact that in every McDonalds I have been to lately, if they give me a tent they have always brought the food to my table and not had an issue with it. Her remark was, “well, we do if we have time”. How am I as a customer suppose to know this? I wasn’t told anything when I ordered at the counter, I was just given my numbered tent. It really left a bad impression and I will probably not be back in for a while because I’d rather not be met with nasty and rude attitudes as a customer doing everything ‘right’.
