Great location and even better food. Word of caution, you’d better come hungry because the high prices match the quantity of food. No one at our table finished their meal.
I would suggest looking around at the plates that come out before you order. But it’s definitely worth it!!!

I love the service! Our waitress was so kind and sweet. There were 10 of us but there’s many seating and parking available. The dutch baby takes a while to make but it’s so worth it and the waitress did warn us of that. Prices were fair and tasted amazing.

pancake house is my favorite place to get bfast. its always reliable to be yummy. as a vegetarian i think they have lots of options. not meat replacements but a good amount of other options. i get the the pbj waffle (pb chips and strawberry syrup ) and a side of home fries. sooooo yummy and filling! service is always good too! its usually busy on weekends so get ready to wait for a table but thats expected anywhere. the bathrooms are usually clean too which i appreciate. and there was a big parking lot though it fills up quick

I love the Original Pancake House since I was a child. Nostalgically, it was one of the only actual restaurants my frugal parents would ever bring us to and what a place to be at for a kid!
It’s homey and charming, the people are lovable (staff and customers alike), and IMO all their pancakes are best in class for WNY. They’re famous for their baked omelettes but I like eggs runny personally.
When I go my problem is trying to decide between their original pancakes, sourdough, buckwheat, or flapjacks (NOBODY else makes flapjacks!) they’re all my favorite and that’s cuz I luckily have my wife there to order the fun stuff like lingonberey swedish pancakes, Dutch baby, strawberry cream crepes etc. So I can taste hers.

Carrie is the BEST server! She got us seated right away and then made coffee rounds before we even got to the half way point of our cups. She brought out the food in like 10 minutes which is wicked fast and she was so pleasant and happy to be of service. Can’t wait to come back to the Pancake House, ask for Carrie!
P.S. look at the size of that omelet! Now THATS an omelet!

Just had hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I’ve brought my family here at least once a month for years, and after this disaster, we will never step foot in this place again. The food quality hasn’t just declined—it has completely fallen off a cliff. Our last visit was beyond disappointing; it was borderline inedible. Calling it “disgusting” is honestly being generous.
When I raised our concerns with the waitress and asked to speak to a manager, I was told—shockingly—that the manager had “stepped out.” Convenient. I then explained everything to the so-called “person in charge,” who couldn’t have cared less if we’d been served garbage on a plate. No apology. No concern. No accountability. Just indifference and attitude.
If you have even a shred of self-respect or standards for what you put in your body, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. This place is a complete embarrassment and a textbook example of how to run a once-decent restaurant straight into the ground.

Love the bacon here, thick and crispy! The scrambled eggs were wet which I don’t prefer personally. Coffee is always tasty, and the fresh squeezed orange juice hits the spot
Be prepared to pay a higher bill than other breakfast places, but it’s worth it.

Never been here, I guess we picked a bad day. Very busy due to it being a wekkday holiday. 45 minutes for our breakfast. After asking a few times the manager said there was a error in the kitchen. Eventually brought us a our order, crepe with mushrooms, good plenty of mushrooms, a sweeter batter than typically comes on a savory crepe. Great bacon. Potato pancakes were soggy and greasy, only the very edges were edible. There are a lot of good reviews, and some of the food looked good, but our experience left us wanting.

The omelet my friend ordered was dry and overdone. It only came with unbuttoned toast. Not worth the $15+ price. I had the crepe trio. $16 for 3 fruit crepes that were warm, not hot. Our waitress took our order, brought our food, never checked on us and then just brought the check. Service was not very good. It was not overly crowded so that was no excuse. The restaurant is dated and while it was clean, the upholstery in our area was ripped and cracked.

The service was good and the place clean but the food NO! we ordered two kind of omelette and mine was very good cheddar omelette and my husband did order Omelette too but it was horrible and about the home fries they served me with old fries and I did ask please I would like to get fresh one cuz we did order two and I can’t waste both! She told me I have to wait 20 minutes until I get new one I said that’s okay I want to get a new one!!!! And the lady who served me took both home fries and after 20 minutes she got me the same fries I was super mad I did taste both and it was just same but they wormed it!!!! I was about to call her back to take them but my husband said that’s so weird we’re going to leave it just like that and we paid for 2 home fries that taste like mud and old and they just keep warming it again and again for all the customers! and you could just see the fries how do they look and imagine the taste! this is after 20 minutes!
