The food is okay, the munchie meal is the best deal. The thing about this location is no dine in available. Only drive thru. Im not sure if they are remodeling or just closed it off due to the homeless people around the neighborhood. The lines in the drive thru do get big at night but the service is quick so don’t get impatient.

My wife placed an order on uber eats for 6 orders of monster tacos they gave us 2 orders of tacos. We called and no one answered the phone, we kept calling at night and again the next day and then we figured we’d call again once we placed another order. Some guy named JR lied and said he’d correct the order and give us the 4 orders of monster tacos with no cheese that they had forgot to give us last time, so we said great! Got his name and thanked him. The order comes and it’s Wrong again! Only gave us the 2 orders of tacos we placed and didn’t add the 4 orders of monster tacos they had forgot to give us last time. Anyway once we called back he didn’t answer the phone, so she called back again and he answered and was hostile and argumentative, he treated her like she was lying and said that she never placed the order and that he was looking for the order and accused her of placing the order before she talked to him and she let him know she purposely didn’t place the order till she spoke with him. Anyway he was so miserable (they were on speaker) he should just quit, he seemed to enjoy being rude and hateful to her. As a man I’d be ashamed to talk to a woman like that. But we end up placing a second order after realizing he’s the liar and has no intention of correcting anything so we order the extra tacos and then he calls us again with an attitude. He seems like an unhappy person and for someone who’s supposed to be a manager he’s highly Unprofessional and argumentative, no problem solving/resolution or customer service skills. Whoever made him manager was mistaken. Hopefully he finds what makes him happy but this job isn’t it, we didn’t want to fight or argue we just thought they’d have the decency to correct the kitchens wrong but instead she was treated abusively and accused of lying, God knows we have no reason to lie, we’re not the ones messing peoples orders up.

The food here is trash every time I come here something is wrong. This time the Onion rings are burned and there is no hot sauce on my tacos where I ask for extra sauce. They are getting paid 20 an hour for what to mess up orders come jack do something. This is really ridiculous and I can’t even eat my food and no one has time to turn around to go back. Had a great experience at Jack in the Box today! The cashier greeted me with a smile and was very patient while I took my time deciding. I went with the Ultimate Cheeseburger, and it was fresh, cheesy, and delicious. The curly fries were perfectly seasoned, and the Oreo shake was the cherry on top! The dining area was tidy, and even though it was busy, they kept up with the orders efficiently. I love the late-night hours—it’s my go-to spot after a long day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for variety and great taste!

This was a bad experience, hair in the taco, egg rolls and curly fries cooked too long. Restaurant and bathrooms dirty. Workers talking to each other too much. 5/9/18; tacos are disgustingly greasy.
