In drive thru, I ordered a McDouble value meal, plain and dry for my granddaughter.
I got to the drive thru windows and they asked me to pull into parking space 4.
I sat there for almost 30 minutes, watching all the others waiting getting their orders, and I was there before them.
How hard could it be to make a double cheeseburger with nothing on it?
This is the closest McDonald’s to my home, and over the years there’s been other incidents.
I’ve had enough! I’ll be taking my business to the other McDonald’s in the area. Driving a little farther is better than dealing with the frustration from this store.
BTW, the manager could use some remedial customer service training.
Bad attitudes don’t go well with customers!

This store is the closest I have to home and work, I almost always order at night through the Drive thru, the quality of the food and service is incredible, BUT, the service they have during the day is horrible, students or simply children who don’t care about anything more than their salary, the attention is terrible, you arrive and they are all in the kitchen talking and laughing and no one turns to see, I left this unnoticed, but it is unacceptable that first they give me a RAW chicken sandwich, the only coffee I drink is that of this franchise in general, but the last two times I have ordered my coffee, it is not what I ask for, it is a mixture of water and coffee powder with nothing but extra ice of course ,

I just came to this McDonald’s this am at 7:09 used my reward code for a large Carmel Iced Coffee it wasn’t made right & it was very nasty & ruñny looking, also purchased a hash brown which was cold also, if the worker doesn’t know how to make it ask somebody else to help you, I’ll never go to this McDonald’s again they stay messing up people orders if you ask me throw the entire McDonald’s away or get an entire new crew

We got the new Grinch meal the fries were good as well as the burgers. I like the decoration box and the surprise socks, felt like u were opening a Christmas present!

This Restaurant was good except the fact that my chicken sandwich had mayo piled up on one side. Just lightly spread it out. Some of our food was missing. But the server made sure to correct it. No attitude at all very friendly staff.

Some one asked a question about the kiosk and was told “NO SPANISH HERE JUST ENGLISH” by a girl in blue at the front cashier working. He had a little accent but was still understandable. There is definitely other ways to say it.

The service! God please help this location! If they get your order wrong ..Forget it…u have to go and wait til someone acknowledges you, there is no drink station so u have to go up and wait again until you’re acknowledge for someone to serve you. The new system going here is not working for them at all….we need to be better. Customer service is big!

Just stopped by for a little breakfast. The hotcakes were freshly made and so was the hash brown, however they gave me half an egg. I opted out of the sausage so obviously expecting at least a full serving of egg if not more. Other than this my overall experience was not bad.

Come here all the time. Always have been satisfied with this store. I make the extra drive here all the time instead of going to the one by Bellaire and Hwy 6 because I know these people can give me my food with accuracy and speed. Shoutout to Jaylon (hope I’m spelling correctly) for the great service.

Someone said “worst location in the area” and I couldn’t agree more. The food is NEVER hot/fresh. The customer service is extremely bad. I recently ordered some apple pies and holiday pies and none of them tasted fully cooked. I was disgusted & threw them out. The bread for the sandwiches are always dry/hard. Fries always cold or have a taste like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamps for over an hour. The location down the street on HWY 6 & BELLAIRE is a much better option. Only thing is there are not 24 hours so you better go before they close at 12 or you are doomed if you settle for this location
