A++! Came here a few weeks ago as a second time patron (first time was 5 years ago) and it was great! I had the buffalo mac & cheese and OMG – it was absolutely delicious!! Our server was Brett (our son’s name is Brett so the name stood out to me!) and he did a great job with our table. He was quick, and noticed our drink needs before we asked! Great job all around!

Baumhower’s has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. It’s always been our go-to spot for birthdays and family nights out—now with our adult children. When my kids were young, we went to the original location, where they loved seeing Emory perform magic tricks and make balloon animals. We went so often that they had seen every trick more than once! Back then, we were a party of five, and I’m pretty sure we ate there almost every Sunday after church and on Kids Night.
Today, we gather there with our adult children—now a party of seven, plus our precious granddaughter. It’s still the perfect place for a family meal with a baby or a cozy dinner with your spouse. We just had lunch here and Jonathan (i hope that is spelled right) was our server. This was easily the best service we have ever received! I am a picky eater (sorry!) but he never batted an eye an any of my requests, kept our drinks full, our food came out perfectly and he was SO nice! This type of customer service is hard to come by these days. We had to eat outside in the cold because we had our dog with us and he brought our puppy a bowl of water and was so professional (don’t worry, he didn’t pet!) He definitely deserves a raise and you should be very proud that you have him as a member of your team! We will be back, and we will be requesting him! His attitude was phenomenal!

Service was great! We were seated and greeted quickly. We ordered a burger with fries and a wing basket. The burger was delicious but the wings were overcooked, too crispy and dry. We got a fried banana pudding for the drive home to Dallas County, unfortunately there wasn’t any to go silverware or napkins so we didn’t get to eat it warm. I’m sure it would’ve been better if it wasn’t cold.

Not somewhere id ever go back to. I doubt it was the location but the chain as a whole that 3 of the 4 adults who went didnt prefer. The food advertised in pics for sure disappointed in delivery. I could go on and on in detail about the failures but it won’t change HOW the chain operates.
We had hopes it would be a decent experience and we at least left having eaten… if you’re one to read and trust reviews and have enjoyed BWW or Hooters or Any chain that sells American food… this wouldn’t be on your list. If u have low expectations, give it a shot, im sure they will be met.
