very veryyy poor service. i had to reorder my food like 2 times because the employees were talking, literally running around the place laughing and chatting it up while taking my order. they forgot to make my chicken sandwich spicy the first time. the second time they forgot the cheese. will most definitely get yours wrong too.. not to mention the chicken wasn’t even fully cooked and rubbery! yuck!

This location has very very unfriendly workers. I was in the drive through and got rushed straight to the window before I could even finish ordering. The lady was obviously rushing me. I specified very clearly that I wanted extra cherry juice in my cherry limeade. Even though she kept wanting to say extra cherry, I wanted to re-specify cherry juice. When I got my drink, it was very very sour. If I could take a picture of something sour, I absolutely would. My burger was burnt and the fries were dry like they’ve been sitting there for a while. I have never ever been to a Braums that was terrible. But this location, congratulations, is the first. Poor service, poor workers, overall terrible experience. Won’t come back to this location again.

One of the best ice cream spots. The staff are super friendly and always very courteous, love coming to this place. I really enjoy the size of the servings they give you!!

Yesterday while shopping I notice the grocery area cashier doing something absolutely not in her job description. I watched while she assisted and elderly woman with her shopping, payment, and even walked them to car and took her cart back. I hope she gets everything this world has to offer

I went to Brahms last week and it was my first time. I looked at the menu and saw where they sold icecream cones. I was so excited. However, when I ordered, I thought I would get soft.Serve vanilla ice cream in the cone. She handed me a cone with a scoop of ice cream in it. I felt bad but I had to tell her that it was not what I wanted. She didn’t ask any questions or complain. She immediately took back the cone with the scope and gave me the soft serve yogurt instead. It was soooo delicious!
The customer service / young lady was great. The fact that she asked no questions and gave me exactly what I wanted, even more than what I asked for, deserved a positive review.

It’s literally right up the street from my house we love there ice cream but the manager should NOT be managing and the disrespectful young employee should definitely find them a new job I’m a pretty understanding person but I refuse to be disrespected by a child and it shouldn’t be a problem that I ask for my order to be correct if I pay my money for it!!! Do better I would never spend my money here again and you shouldn’t either!!!!
