Urban Egg is a truly charming spot in Denver that makes breakfast or brunch feel like a treat. The staff are warm and friendly, creating a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in.
The food is excellent — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights here is the variety of options; whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or simply craving classic breakfast favorites, there’s something for everyone. It’s rare to find a place that can accommodate so many dietary needs while still delivering on taste and presentation.
The only drawback is the wait time. It took us about an hour to get seated and another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. That said, once the dishes came out, the quality did make up for the delay.
If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend going early or being prepared for a wait — it’s clearly a popular spot, and for good reason. Overall, Urban Egg is worth the visit for its charm, friendly service, and delicious menu.

We had pleasure to be helped by Bernard two days ago and their phenomenal food combined with his exceptionally professional, friendly, kind and respectful service took it over the top. We visited for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves! Our server Laurie was THE BEST! Laurie was knowledgeable and very sweet. You could tell she had a lot of pride for what she does. The food came out hot and flavorful! My kids gave the food a 100out of 10 and asked when we can come back. We had a Bloody Mary that was strong and flavorful. We will be back and will recommend! Ask for Laurie!!!!

This place is amazing! Definitely smart to join the waitlist online before you get there. Service is always amazing, the wait staff know the menu front and back and helped to make any necessary changes due to allergies or just preferences (half of my family is vegetarian and dairy free). I spilled a drink and within seconds there were people running to clean it up and a new one was delivered. It was recommended to me to get the Cure fresh juice and add their homemade infused pineapple vodka, it was amazing!! Same with their Bloody Mary’s!

Sat at the bar. Food was great. 45$ for one person. Not horrible considering I added extra sauces and sides to my meal. My only complaint is that Erin never bothered to refill my coffee. Keep it hot. 4$ for a cup of coffee refills should be offered throughout the meal. By the time I got to my pancake the half inch of coffee still in my cup was cold. This is a breakfast restaurant hot coffee is a part of good service.

The Club Salad was an instant favourite with how crunchy and fresh it was, and I loved the honey mustard salad dressing. We also had the Avocado and Chicken sandwich with grilled chicken, and it was super yummy. The cold brew was so good, we got a refill. Overall amazing and thanks to Kenna for the recommendations!

Really enjoyed this place! Food was delicious. Hollandaise was a bit heavy on the lemon but the texture was perfect. Drinks were stout and lemon ricotta was yummmm. Highly recommend making a reservation as the line is unbelievable.
